I am blind, I do not drive nor own a vehicle and yet I get 2 calls a day from this number.  Always with the same prerecorded message wanting someone to call another number about a legal matter.  They never state the name of whom it's supposed to be pertaining to.

We just got our first land line and immediately started getting calls from 512-532-5633. We have yet to give anyone our number and was getting very annoyed that this number kept calling us everyday between 4pm - 8pm. I finally decided to call them back on my cell and I actually got a human being. I gave them the number they were trying to contact and they said they were trying to get a hold a a guy named Vincent. No Vincent here and they never asked for any of my info. I was pleasantly surprised that they were pleasant. I was told that they would remove the number from their call list. Lets hope they follow through.  

They called this morning. The guy started to say something - and I heard other people in the background (like a boiler room). I said, "what do u want sir?" in a firm way - and he hung up. Just SCAMMERS. Never speak to anyone on the phone --- just hand up!!!!

This is a SCAM caller -- they call regularly. I picked up - and no one was on the line. NEVER speak to them - and don't send them money. Caller ID said "out of area".

These b------ds call every week day and leave the same threatening message about a "serious court matter that MAY concern me."
#1.  They never say WHO they are trying to reach.
#2.   They never say what court or what jurisdiction.
#3.   Their area code is Texas, so how could they have any authority in the other 49 states?
#4.   The National Do Not Call Registry apparently means nothing to them.  They must not fear being reported for violations.
#5.  "Selective Call Rejection" does not work on them either; they still get through.  My phone carrier says they "spoof" the call rejection system.
#6.  Why would anyone call them back?  I delete the voice mails, period.

These people have called me for days.  They are saying i have a ticket in a state I have never been to and they wanted me to pay with my credit card over the phone.  I guess they thought i fell off the turnip truck. I am registered with the do not call registry.  So my next step was calling them because they will not take my phone off their list.  Thank God for smart phones i set mine so it automatically goes to voice mail.

Been getting calls everyday around the same time 8:00am the message says you have a legal matter I don't have any legal matter. I think they are scammers?

I was called re: a "lighting violation" from Frisco County.  Where is that?  I told her she must have the wrong person, but the calls persist.

They've been call our house for seven years. We don't have an tickets or court appointments.

I receive a recorded call from this number over and over, asking to call another number.

Here are a few warning signs that could signal a debt collection scam:

512-532-8633 is what shows up on my phone.  Nicolas Rodriquez Municipal Services Bureau has been calling me for about 3 years.  He says to call him back at this number:  800-295-0851.  All their correspondence seems to be recordings so I cannot get rid of them.
There is nothing on my credit report and I feel like this is harassment.  It is 4 - 5 days a week for THREE YEARS.

I get a call from them everyday and they leave a message about a legal matter.
I finally answered today and they asked to speak to me, but they referred to me with my maiden name, I have been married for 11 years...
They immediately asked for my birthday. That is when I stopped and realized it was fraud. She said I have an outstanding speeding ticket and that there could be a warrant for my arrest...
This is absolutely a scam, beware!

So what did you do; Pay this collection agency or pay the court?  I ask because I paid the past due bill directly to the court and this collections agency still calls me.   I told them once it was paid, but they still call.  Just wondering what I should do next to make them stop!!!
