You are such a tool. So what position do you hold at this company. That is one of the worst fake stories I have ever heard.

In Hawai'i and these numbnutts have called me twice, first time it was no message, second time it was a robomesseage that told me I have an urgent court matter.  Checked Honolulu Traffic systems couts, and my one and only ticket is cleared up.  I had some stuff from 20 years ago with Oklahoma City, but it to is cleared with no record other than that it has been satisfied.  Smells like a scam.

Got a few calls from them, answered one. They are collecting for auto related tickets. Appears to be a fraudulent operation. Talking about an obscure violation if true at all. I never got this ticket

Funny, I have a ticket out of Cali for the very same thing. In 2003 I purchased a car with Oklahoma plates and window tinting. 2 days after I got the Cali DMV inspection done on the car, I'm pulled over by an over-eager CHP officer who then wrote me a $900 (!) ticket based on the (then) new Anti-terrorism laws, claiming the tinting was illegal, even though the local DMV office had JUST OK'D IT! I showed him a copy of the DMV form stating my vehicle had just passed full inspection to be licensed in Cali, INCLUDING the notation of the tinting. I showed the same paperwork to the Judge a few weeks later, and he upheld the officers ticket (of course), even though by then I got a letter from DMV expressly stating that my window tinting was within the new California regulations. I said I wanted to fight it, the Court said I had to pay the full amount as "bail", in essence losing the full $900, simply on the off chance I could get the ticket off my record. I declined. I didn't have the $900 then, and I don't have it now...I've been on SSI since then, and the car was bought with my back-benefits award. It's been nearly 10 years, and they're running out of time to collect on a court order is why these yahoos are calling me every day now. I refuse to answer, because the original ticket was bogus to begin with. PS: They cannot garnish SSI, no matter what they claim.

Contact the Better Business Bureau.  Evidently, there are a lot of complaints/claims against them.  "They were accredited by the BBB in 2008 and since then, they have received  almost 90 complaints filed against them by consumers unhappy with their billing and collection practice in the past 3 years.   Eighty-two of these consumer complains were closed ater the BBB intervened on behalf of the consumer to achieve resolution."  "If you are receiving harassing phone calls from debt collectors, oyou have the right to file a complaint with the BBB, or hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit against them for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act."  "Under the FDCPA, once a consumer has disputed a debt in writing within 30 days of receiving written communication from a debt collector, the debt collect is required to cease communications until they are able to provide validation of said debt.  It is also stipulated in the FDCPA that if a consumer advises a debt collector that they do not plan to pay the debt and wish for the debt coll;ect to cease communication with them, they must do so immediately. They can contact you one more time to notify you that they are no longer seeking to collect a debt, or that they are seeking legal action against them.  If you file suit against a dept collector for any violation of the FDCPA, they could be required to pay you up to $1000 in damages, or your actual damages, in addition to your court costs and attorneys fees."   A FREE consultation, call 855-241-8728  (I have not checked this phone number).

Im in Hawaii and have been getting calls from this number for the past 3 months. Is there any way to block this number? I have spoken with them twice and they say its for a traffic violation regarding going through a red light and they ask for my credit card details to pay over the phone. Have asked twice for them to send an infringement notice, invoice or form any other form of documentation to my home address which has never shown up. I have called them back and told them to remove my name from thier scam list but am still getting calls. Im pissed! Any ideas?

Company name comes up "unknown" on caller ID.  Several messages left saying to call them at 800-295-0851 as soon as possible.  If this is indeed a collection agency of any type, they're calling the wrong person as I have no late payments, no judgements, and no tickets or anything to do with the courts.  I think call block is in order here, and a complaint to follow if the calls continue!

I got a call today from 512-532-8633 with the recorded message about outstanding court matters I find this very funny I've lived in the same little town all my life and only had one run in with the law ever because I ditched my car at 16 on a dirt road trying to miss a deer and a person driving by call in my accident. A cop came waited for me the get my car pulled out, it was fine and so was I and my passengers and the cop told me to have a nice day and watch for deer. So I know this is a scam I'm 26 now if it where real I would have herd about it a little sooner since my dad is friends with most of the cops and judges in our town.

There are several empty cubes in our office, this number keeps calling a cube that has never been occupied by anyone. So do they have the right number? I dont think so, anyway the people around this cube take turns answering the phone when it rings three times a day and answer it in a variety of hilarious accents. Very, very funny; the hardest part is not laughing while it is happening.

I just started getting these calls and won't tolerate constant harrassment, and will file a complaint with our State Attorney General and contact my U S Senator and U S Congressman. what's the sense of having NO CALL LISTS if they're ignored by these types of companies

As far as I'm  concerned, this is a scam. They use two numbers alternatively.
I do not have any outstanding traffic tickets and I ignore "unknown number" calls.

Yes, I am getting these calls. But I haven't had a land line phone for years. Just got one a couple of months ago and no one knows my number. But I keep getting calls for the person that had this number before me.  Bank mortgae people calling, credit card people , Dr. Offices. Just all kinds of people calling asking for the couple that had this number before. Evidently phone com. didn't let number stay vacant very long before they reassigned it. I got all the other calls stopped. Now just this one. I could get my phone number changed, but then have to go thru all of that again. Or I could remove my phone and go back to not having land line. Don't really need it. Use my cell phone all the time.
