Contact your cellular service provider and ask them to block this number so its calls never get sent to your cell phone, as this is a serious abuse of the privilege of calling a cellular number.

Fishing calls

Calls every hour, 7 days a week with no message being left. When I actually do pick up, there is no answer on the other end.

This number keeps calling me?? Two times a day. How can I stop them??

Since mid-Jan, I have had 35 calls from 4 different numbers, same scam. I answered once, told them they were a scam, and hung up. I do not have either credit card. I have to keep my ringer off at night because they sometimes call in the middle of the night. Hopefully we will read of their arrest soon.

Total scam! This household has never nor will ever hold a Macy's credit card and they call here continuously.

They never leave a message. I called back last week and got someone whom I could hardly hear, and he said it was Macy's.  I do have a Macy's card, but I am up to date on my payments.  When I told him I couldn't hear him, he kept talking in a low voice, not trying to speak louder.

They call me too, the Macy's employee.  Card services for the Western half of the US is located in Tempe, Arizona by ASU. (It is Federated Dept Stores collections).  You cannot get physical access there to speak to someone.
The other area IS IN Mason, Ohio.  They process my paycheck and insurance.  AND assist in collections.!!!  I have an employee prepaid account with them and they call if I go over the limit on my prepay.  If you stop using your store card, but don't cancel, they will charge you $2 a month fee for parking your card.  BUT beware there are scammers even in Ohio.  Make sure you know who you are paying and how they are affiliated with the chain.

I need to add that there is someone who has access to records outside of Macy's.  Before I worked for them, I had this persistent overseas caller about collections.  I always hung up on him.  I know his voice!!! And when he calls saying he is calling from Macy's I laugh.  I always pay my account at work!!

It's from Macy's credit card letting me know that I missed a payment and would like to get the payment done on the phone. I did tell them that I will make the payment online, she seemed disappointed on that (don't know why?) but anyways it is genuine.

Kr, out of 550+ people saying this is a scam, you have chosen to declare it is legit. You are either a shill or a fool. You have done no research and provided no proof of legitimacy.  Rethink your post, please.
