I've received 7 calls since yesterday morning!  Never leaves a message!  WTH!   Blocking!

This and three other numbers (all from A/C 513) claim to be Macy's / Bloomies, but I contacted the Macy's collections department and confirmed these numbers are absolutely BOGUS. Here and elsewhere else on the web, if you see someone claiming to work for their collection agency in order to argue these calls are legit, they're lying.

If you want to help fix this problem, call Macy's customer service at 888-257-6757 and ask to speak with someone in collections to register a complaint. If enough calls in to escalate this to Macy's corporate, perhaps they'll register a complaint with the FTC and force an investigation.

I will pay my Macys bill this August when it is due but my bill stayed the 12 th. I apologize I may have skipped July due to having been cut some  work hours , and doing too much volunteer work , but I don't need non stop calls to my cell phone 2-3 times a day . They need to have faith I am going to pay the whole balance by then . It's well under $50-100 from what I know . Am picking up 40 hours to work August 7-18 again and more money from 2 online businesses and teach children as well some weekends too so will be working 6 days too later in September too .

I spoke with Macy's and said nothing on my account would prompt me to be called.  They also called the number to check it out and said they did not think it was legitimate.  When I called the number, they said they were Macy's Bloomingdale's' account center and immediately asked for my account number.  That is NOT NORMAL.  These are scammers and/or spoofers.  Do not give them any information.  If you did, report your card stolen immediately

This number keeps calling daily, I do not answer unknown numbers due to Multitude of Scams
They have yet to leave a Message. When I Googled the number I got this site here.

Phone calls are constant. Extremely annoying. No message left

I have started getting calls from Mason, Ohio.  From reading the comments, it looks like it is about a Macy's card.  I have never had a Macy's credit card and do not shop there.  I never answer calls when I do not recognize the number but it is frustrating for the phone to ring several times a day from these idiots.

These people have been calling me several times a day for months. I finally answered after looking at this website. They said I had a past due payment that was due on February 6. I checked and the payment is due on March 6. I am not behind on payments. They had the name of my bank but apparently not the account number. Consumer Protection Services should be handling this or the Attorneys General. This is a total scam.
