They have called several times within an hour and hang up when I answer the phone.

I DO NOT have a Macy's card and receive these calls from this number. Though, I do have another department store card not affiliated with Macy's. Even after I pay my bill or it is posted online I still receive these calls. I have answered before and sure enough it is a representative for the card payment services of the department store. They call anytime of day even at 10pm!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND giving any information to this number...I politely say this is not a good time and I will call back ASAP. Then call the OFFICIAL number on the card or from the website.

This # calls me EVERY SINGLE DAY UP 5 OR 7 TIMES A DAY!!! They left messages on my voice mail in the beginning, but I got so sick of listening 2 Macys recorded message on my voicemail, that i havent checked my voice mail 4 a very long time. I called them & told them this cell phone didnt shop @ Macy's & it nvr would! The guy was foreign, he didnt ask me 4 any confirmation information. He told me that he would take care of it. Well now the past month the calls are getting WORSE! they call me at all hours & on every day of the week. They hang up after i let it ring 2 or 3 times...then a cpl. Hours later i get another call. I am sick of this. They interrupt my conversations, i will be writing a txt to someone & they'll call in & it makes me lose my message all the time & i get online w/ my phone, so when i do i dont like getting kicked off. But when they call, i get kicked off-line everytime & then i cant do anything for awhile cause everything is running slow. HELP! i am so tired of this!

I received 2 phone calls from this number in less than 3 hours. When the call goes to voicemail, the caller does not leave a message. It is pretty annoying. How do we make this stop?

I have been recieving a minimum of 5-8 calls every day from this number and no one is leaving a message. It all started around mid march? From the comments that I have read it seems that someone is acting like they are from Macy's. However, I have never opened an account from Macy's nor any of there affiliate companies. This is getting old...

Ok so these people call multiple times a day, even on Sundays. When i answer the phone I get no answer and they never leave a message on my answering machine. When I answered the phone today and started pressing random numbers a woman answered and claimed to be "Mrs. Holmes" and said to call her back with an 800 number. She didn't say what she wanted.

I do have pastdue accounts with macys but Macy's has called before and left a message like "this call is regarding Macy's...". Idk if it's different people of what but it's getting annoying. From 10am-8pm they constantly call my house.

I got calls from this # many many times for the past several month! I didn't pick up for a long time because I don't pick up unknown #s. But after I googled and learned that it was Macy's Collection Dept and I have $0 balance on my Macy's card, I started pickign up. I wouldn't say 'hello' and wait for them to introduce themselves, but they themselves said nothing. They've been doing this for the past 3-4 months. I finally got fed up and I canceled my Macy's card.

And when I told Macy this was the reason for canceling my card, she confirmed that it was their collection agency and they apologize for that. I told them A LOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS SAME SITUATION and she said nothing. Macy is totally [***] and I'm not purchasing anything from them. Closed account today and they lost me as a customer for annoying me.

I get calls from this place at least 4 times a day everyday!
How do I get them to stop calling?

Caller keeps calling my cell phone without leaving a message.  When I called the phone number back (on my work line) they were rude and wouldn't tell me why they were calling my cell phone number without me giving them more information. ( I provided the cell phone number. )  I never pay my bills late and I actually have a credit balance on my Macys credit card.

I have a Macy's account that I pay online,too. I go directly through their website, not checkfree.

I have had the number calling me several times for days as well.  I have no Macy's card.  I payed one bill online but have canceled it.  Maybe that's where they are getting our numbers.  Where do we report this?  What can we do about it?

They are rude and unhelpful. Regardless of their association with Macy's , I suggest all those that have accounts go to their nearest Macy's and deal with the issues in person. There are way too many scams coming up due to our reliance on credit, internet and telephones, that it really is best dealing with the problems in person.

this number has called 8-10 times a day for two weeks.  so f'in annoying.  they asked for my first and last name today to be taken off their list.  i gave them the number and they still JUST CALLED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!  I so wish we could sue companies who do this.

Paid them some. Told them I'd pay more on the 15th, and I STILL get phone calls every DAMN day. If I only had a job. ugh !

I got a call in my cell from this number and they did not leave any message.  I do have a Macys card but I didn't have any balance.  I tried to lock this number out my cell.  Let hope it work.

OMG! I read all the comments above and can't believe this! I paid my Macy's bill everytime they sent it to me in full and for the past 2 months they keep sending me invoices that I still owe them money. Now they call my home and cell. Today I called and asked to speak with a manager/supervisor. Asked her to send me in writing why I still owe them money..the lady told me she adjusted my account and have a zero balance now...guess what? I still got 2 phone calls after that, today. How do u make a stop to this? Enough is enough. Why should I be the one to change my home/cell numbers because of this idiots? What a bad customer service!
