No message left but keep calling several times a day.

They call me relentlessly everyday.  I've picked up several times, but nobody ever answers.  PLEASE STOP CALLING!

I receive five to seven calls a day from this number.  I answered once, and there was no one there.  My Macy's account is paid in full, so if, as others state, this is a legitimate collections agency, then they have no standing.  If it is a scam, they aren't getting anything from me, either.

We get calls from this number starting at 8 in the morning until 9 at night.  When we answer no one answers they just hang up.  We even get these calls on sunday and saturdays.  I have asked them to stop calling - even though we are registered on the no call list they keep calling.

They've been calling me several times per day for weeks. I haven't used a Macy's card in forever. I'm not planning to pick up the phone to see what they want. I wish it were easier to get a number blocked with Verizon -- I'll try calling them and seeing if they can block it for me.

Got several calls over the weekend. Never picked up. No voice mails. I don't know or work with anyone from that region of the country.

I have a Macy's card to get one of their silly promotions. Was late on a payment which I have already paid back with fee. Sorry Macy's!

this is  alink to a collections agency. THEY ARE BONE FIDE , BUT THEY BREAK THE LAW WITH CALLS ON THE WEEKEND

I am also getting calls from this Mason, OH number claiming that i owe Macy's money. I do not. The 5-8 calls i'm getting daily are really getting to be annoying. Realize that this is a SCAM. Do not give money to these people over the phone. It's a way of stealingyour credit.

This is definitely a scam! I received a call today and didn't hear anyone on the other end. When I called the number back someone picked up and said, "Thank you for calling Macys. Can I have your account number?". Nothing indicated that it was Macys before that person spoke. She didn't even mention her name. They also didn't ask for a specific person, which is very strange for any debt collector. Just make sure not to give them any information.

I got a call from this number three times in two days.  I even answered once and someone hung-up.  When I called back they claimed to be from Macy's (I do have a Macy's card, but no payment is due for 10 months) but just kept asking me for information, but didn't seem to have mine.  I asked for a supervisor and they hung-up.  I called back and tried again, this time mentioning the FCC and they hung-up.  They sound extremely foreign, and I fully believe this to be a scam.

I receive 7+ calls from these idiots every day.  I haven't used a Macy's ccard in over 12 months and it obviously has a zero balance.  I called 513 754 9841 and they answer "Macy's Credit Department".  I asked them why they called people and they said "I will have to have some personal information to pull up your account to see why you're being called".  After I tell them nothing except that there's no money owed on the card they still insist on the personal information.  Block these morans and don't answer their calls.

How can I be late on my Macy's card....I DON'T HAVE ONE!!! I smell a scam.

they call multiple times a day...it must be a scam b/c i don't owe macy's a dime...in fact i haven't used my card in over 2 yrs, and last time i paid i overpaid so i have a credit.  they will most definitely be blocked.

They had my name mis spelled.

This phone number calls me 3 times a day. Today the guy sounded drunk when I answered. How can I get them to stop calling me?

I have been harassed by this same company and have reported them to Macy's.  The other day they even called my credit card and that was the end!!  It is not about my account this time but my daughter's who is married and no longer lives here.  She owed $25 and missed the payment, got a late charge, paid the bill, and the calls keep coming.  There must be some way of stopping these people!  I am going to contact the attorney general, Macy's, and anyone else I can think of.  I hope others will do the same.

Keep getting phone calls from area code 513-754-9841.
They call from 9am to 9pm everyday.

can they believe anyone would deal with them
at all... a waste and annoyance for those being called
and for the co. doing the calling!
