It isn't a scam. The day I went in to Macy's and paid my bill, the calls stopped. It is a legitimate, if persistent and annoying, collection agency.

I get calls from this number 3-4 times a day. I have an acct with Macy's but it's paid on time.  How can I stop this? Once or twice when I answered no one was there. I don't answer.

We get calls from this number at least 10 times a day.  No message is ever left so can't be too important. We do not answer the phone, don't know anyone in Mason Ohio so they might as well give up as we will not answer phone, they don't even leave a msg so they migiht as well quit calling.

Rings will not leave message. Rang again says Macy's. Hung up. Rang actual number for Macy's. Said they don't know why we were rang. Scam

Talk about harassment!  I have a Macy's card, and last month's payment was inadvertently missed - putting me ONE MONTH behind on a barely $100 balance.  I would understand the barrage of phone calls - 6 and 7 times a day, starting at 8am - if I was 3 or more months past due, but not for one missed payment!!  At this point, a courtesy voicemail would make more sense.

I answered once, but I LOATHE the 10-second pause while my connected call is transferred to who-knows-where and I'm talking to myself saying, "hello?  hello?" and I hung up.  Master proper phone etiquette, which includes leaving a message.

I'm getting that call too and one from Florida - my account is NOT past due. I just ignore the calls and hope to get call blocking software soon.

Blocked multiple times, they just keep calling back from another extension.  Six numbers blocked so far on my cell.

This number or other 513-754-xxxx similar numbers calls my cellphone 3-4 times each day, every day.  No one is ever on the line when I answer and they do not leave a message.  It is very frustrating to constantly be harassed like this.  When I block the number another similar number starts calling.  Please make it stop!

We have gotten 6 or 7 calls per day for a month.  We answered once, they asked for our son.  Told them he doesn't live here since 2007. Still get 6 or 7 calls per day. Never leave a message.

Get calls from this number several time each day including weekends. Never a message. When I called it was answered by a recording and then wen to busy

I keep constantly getting phone calls from this number several times during the evening. I don't pick up calls when I do not recognized the number but this time I had to find out who keeps on calling.   At first this individual gave me his name and wouldn't give the name of his firm until I insisted that he should otherwise I wouldn't give the call to the person he is seeking to speak with.  He claims to be calling from ATS Technology Corporation.  I just blew my top and told him not to call again otherwise I will get the authorities involved.  

How can we stop these con artists?

It's likely the people behind this number are the same ones responsible for 513-573-8038 — we've had 31 calls from these numbers in the last two weeks! (and no unwanted calls from any other number in the same time period.) Best block both numbers preemptively.
No one here has ever had a Macy's credit card.

TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST.  You call several times a day.  Today, it was EIGHT AM ON THE DOT when you called.  I answered, you said hello, I bitched you out.  I said take me off your list.  You better do it, OR ELSE.

I got called from them 3 times today (first time ever), I called back because I wanted to mess with them. since I dont have an account with them i figured i would have some fun.... Anyway they were looking for a john somebody, told them I have had this number 20 yrs and dont know any john.  they said they wouldnt call again....we shall see... I so wanted them to tell me I owed so I could mess with them !!.. PS if you have a child whos believes in santa then answer the phone and give it to your child...tell the kid its santa and let them ramble away !!!

this number is constantly calling and when i pick up it the caller clicks off so that i cant resolve it .
this number should be investigated.

Receive four to five calls a day.  No one speaks.  Just call after call after call.

This phone number calls serveral times a day and then does not talk.   i dont want these calls.
