We receive a call from this number several times a day and do not know anyone in Ohio. No message is ever left.

Please remove from phone list.

I've also received at least a dozen calls from this number to my cell, with zero voicemails left. I don't know anyone in Cincinnati OH.

I have received 7 today with no voicemails when I alled back they said macys...i do have a macys account but they have never called me.

These guys are the BIGGEST PESTS. We've been getting calls from them on 727-556-7300 and as of today on this new Ohio number.

Fortunately, we have a voicemail only phone number with a ringer that can be turned off.  None of our friends or family would ever use this number. So, call away Macy's!!!

Got a call from them Caller ID said "Mason, OH" and that set off a Big red flag, I herd they are from Macy bill collecting agency, but I don't event have a account their. 3 rings and they hang up.

Yes, I just got off the phone with Macy's and they admit this is their collection agency.  They admitted an error for the Star Rewards account and said they applied the paid late fee to the Visa part of the card, which has never been used, instead of the Macy's side.  I had to call another number to reach Macy's from a revolving store account 866-593-2543 card since the Ohio Call number went directly to the account department and never spoke to a human and always got disconnected.  I told the rep at the 866 number that I think the Ohio Call number was a scam and is harrassment by a bill collector if it is, calling from 8 AM to 9PM and calling 7 or 8 times a day.

get no message... just 'call may be monitored' when I return call.  long distance, not going to hold all day then it goes to a busy signal.

Received several calls. Do not know anybody in Ohio. Caller never ever leaves a voicemail. This is really annoying. Have caller Id and will not pick up unwanted calls.

Turns out this phone number is the source of courtesy calls from Macy's to let you know your account is past due.

This is Macy's collection agency.  They mis-applied a payment that was supposed to be on the Macy's Visa.  They mistakenly applied this to my Macy's store revolving account.  Paid directly at the store and they had the payment stub.  They gave me the check back to me, and this was the first time they have ever done this.  

This better not affect my credit report!!

RECEIVED TEN CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, AND NEVER ANSWERED ONE. I JUST FOUND OUT WHOSE NUMBER THIS IS, AND I DO NOT OWE MACYS OR ANY CREDIT MONEY. SO I PUT A SPECIAL RING TO THESE CALLERS, LET THEM WAST THEIR TIME AND MONEY OR DIE.

Actually it is a scam.  They say that they are from Macys and that your account is overdue and they can take the pmt right now.  My account wasn't past due in fact I hadn't used it in several months. This is a new phone scam going around, don't give them any $$. Tell them that you paid and to stop calling you.

We do not owe Macy's any money and will not shop there again ever.

I'm getting calls (average 6 times a day)!  I called back only to be placed on hold!

I don't have a Macy's card!  In fact, I only have 2 cards and both have zero balance on them!

Getting at least 5 calls a day - this was the final straw. Disconnecting the house phone, using only my google voice number that is tied to my mobile instead.  If they get hold of the google voice number, I can just block them.

NOT that you should change your number b/c of a pest, but changing phone number really isn't that hard.  Remember.. these people don't have principals so don't get upset, outwit them, use google voice.

the calls start at 830AM and continue thru 9PM.

I've been getting calls incessantly from this number, they never leave a message and when I pick up the automated voice doesn't tell me who they are and to wait to be connected to an operator. Bull [***]. I no longer even have a Macy's account and nor do I owe them any money, so I hope this is not a mistake on their part and if the above is true-that it is either a scam or collection agency. Macy's should make this right-this is no way to treat customers-I'm not only disapointed, but annoyed.
