The same person is now using the email berrysuite01@gmail.com. Same MO.
Red flags
- would not agree to show the apartment beforehand
- apartment had a non-existent address just off Times Square (use Google Maps!)
- in every email, pressured me to book and pay the deposit first
- answered in less than five minutes event though it would have been 2:00 am in NYC

Im sure all these people are scammers. 6 out of 6 that i reached out to were scammers.  A few things to ask for are references, phone number ( like to the front desk if its an apartment complx), and additional pictures.  Also if you google their emails and phone numbers.  A few replied back saying "they dont have references at the moment"?? like really, so when are you going to have references... I can wait. lol these people are redic. Im not saying every person that posts on craigslist is a scammer. However if you chose to take that route, just google every part of the person you are contacting.  Such as names, emails, phone numbers.  And never do money gram or money transfers, cut they are untraceable.

The same person, carternancy522@yahoo.com for a 100$/night flat in NYC. Those pics seemed to beautifull to be true compared to the price. I insisted to get more informations and she also sent me a "certificate" but it looked false and doesn't prove anything. Thanks to your reviews, I won't be screwed !
