THE CALLERS NAME IS STEVE. HE CALLED MY HOME PHONE ALL THE TIME!
NOW HE IS CALLING MY CELLULAR PHONE.  THIS IS REALLY UPSETTING BECAUSE HE IS TAKING UP MINUTES THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR.

I TOOK THESE PEOPLE TO COURT AND WON.  NOW THEY ARE HARASSING ME AGAIN.


I GOT HOLD OF LEGAL SERVICES. THEY ARE FOR LOW INCOME PEOPLE THAT CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY THESE RIP OFF CREDIT CARDS.

many calls from this number, how many times can you tell someone that it is just impossible to make the payment. yesterday i finally answered. i spoke with a real nice fellow and explained everthing i could to him, even the fact that i contracted with one of those credit relief companies and payment of the debt would be made but they would have to wait. he then asked me to hold while he checked something. it was then a woman by the name of kelly started threatening me if i didn't pay the loan. i explained that i lost my job and half of my income. she said that was my fault and i knew i was in debt. i asked how that was my fault? if i got hit by a car and couldn't work, would that be my fault. just couldn't get through to her, she didn't want to hear anything and the funny thing was it sounded as though she was enjoying her little bit of power. learned one thing, don't answer the phone. save numbers and assign special ring tones. that way you don't even have to look for whose calling.

Please help!!  I just started getting phone calls at home from Altantic Credit.
What legal services/aid can I get in touch with?? What credit relief is out there to help!

Just received a call from this number on my cell/biz phone.   If it's not in my area, I usually don't answer since it's a solicitor.  Ididn't answer, and I then got a text asking if I shoot on location (I am a photographer).  I found the number here and see that it's a collection agency.  I have no outstanding/overdue debts that would need to be reported to a collection agency.  
So I figure I will mess with them for a while....I'm bored.  i simply said that I do shoot on location, but only in my metro area not Virginia.  We'll see if I get a follow up.  Dumbasses (the callers)

they called me and told me I had overdue bills that I needed to take care of... I'm 17 years old O.o

got a call returned it and told her I would call them back in a couple weeks this is when she got very nasty I told I had to go and she told me to just keep talking to her on my cell . I told in my state it against the law I aske to speak to someone else and she told me it wouldnt do any good so much for trying to reason with them. Now on my way to fax them to stop calling. Oh yea she is going to stop my check sorry SS does not allow this

I have gotten I have received 16 calls from this number in the last day and half.  They call a minimum of three calls a day - I should say they call and let it ring until my answering machine answers.    I used to answer the phone but then they just hang up.  Please help.

You work for this company...What company is that? If you are told you have the wrong person and you  are asking for a SSN on the phone, then the Comapny you work for is not very professional. You have to know it's not a very smart idea to give SSN and personal information out in a phone call. That is possibly why you have the wrong person in the first place. I suggest if you call someone and you can't leave a message at the very least you can the Companyname  in which you are calling and asked that they return your call. Most legitimate companies does that.

The company's name is Atlantic Credit & Finance out of Roanoke, VA. I've been getting my phone blown up by these people from 3 different numbers.
Started with 000-000-0000 then it was 800-888-9419 and now we have 540-772-7800

Just rec'd a phone call from this number.,  She was asking for an ex-relative that never had my phone number.  I asked her how she got  this number.  She said that the individual she was looking for wrote it on loan papers as a Point of Contact.  She then hung up.

According to other sites, this Lawyer Frye is a pretty hard-nosed piece of work.

These people have called my home phone and cell phone looking for my EX-husband.  We divorced 30 years ago.  I have told them that he does not live here.  Duh.

This company with phone number 540 772 7800 has been constantly making harassing phone calls at my job. I want these people to stop doing this and this is a violation of Fair Credit Act.

This number called my cell phone which I thought was illegal.  A man asked for another man who's name I did not recognize.  I told him twice that he had the wrong number and he hung up.
