multiple daily calls....never a message....disconnects when i answer....what's the point????

Called, rang three times, hung up...617-292-7701...has happened before. Really aggravating

I got called by these folks twice; no message left when I didn't answer. Called them back (not having seen this page) and got no answer. Their voicemail box said it was full and couldn't accept more messages.

I used to support PFAW but once they called and I asked to be removed from their list. Looks like that didn't happen.

it turned out, indeed, to be Telefund on behalf of PFAW, as they called me back for a third time and I answered. I told the caller that I had already asked to be taken off their list and that he was calling a cell phone. He apologized and promised to remove me from their list.

Jeez, I support PFAW and this is how they repay me?  Yikes.  I am going to tell others I know who support them and email PFAW.  I'm glad someone posted this as I had no idea where these annoying calls were coming from.  They always hang up and don't leave a message.  I'm going to call and ask to be removed from their list.

Me too . . . now I know I can ignore these calls!

I've gotten over 10 calls from this number over the past few weeks - beep-beep-beep then hangs up when I answer. The calls started right after I registered to vote in MA so I assume that's how I got on their list. I think I will send them a strongly worded but polite email.

They called me aksing for someone else but refused to leave any information. They identified themselves as a civil rights group and then hung up

I just got a second call from them. They identified themselves as Telefund calling for Human Rights Campaign.

yep, definitely some HRC involvement. they're the only non-profit that would have my cell number - must have stupidly given it to their door-to-door fundraiser that hit me up about a month ago. gotten called thrice today.

Keep calling and not leaving messages. Very irritating.

First day with new cell phone and new number,, and who is the first to give me a call...Only way I knew it was it showed up on my missed call list.. Will be watching for this number again...

I've never answered it, but they call about 2 times a week.

they call at least 3 or 4 times a day but never answer when I pick up. Wicked annoying!

They called Sunday at 8am, this real bothers me because I believe the "American way" includes a peaceful Sunday. They call everyday early.

These people have called me twice a day every day for weeks. I just look at the number and don't pick up.

From that conversation, it looks as though this is a call coming from Telefund on behalf of PFAW.

This makes me very unhappy! I do NOT want fundraising calls coming to me. I especially don't want multiple calls from the same location.

I am on the national do not call list. I know that nonprofits are exempt from this list, but I'm on the list for a reason -- I do not want to be bothered with the phone ringing at my home with people trying to sell me stuff or ask for my money. It is exceedingly intrusive, and I didn't ever give anyone permission to do bug me in this way.

Could you please check for me and see if this is, in fact, being done on behalf of PFAW? If so, please remove my number from the list. If not, please let me know and I will reserve my ire for those who are tormenting me.

If it isn't coming from you, I would suggest that you do a little digging to see why people are making this connection. And, if it is, I would reconsider your telemarketing approach. While I am impressed with what PFAW does, I am irritated enough by this that I now have a crabby feeling when I see a message from you in my inbox. This, I'm sure is not what you are after!

Just called at 6:45 pm.  When I told them the person they asked for wasn't there, they said they would just "try back later".

husband got the call when they asked for me, he asked them to leave message and they hung up on him. he was pissed!

certainly not a good way to be greeted coming home from work.
