Report the scumbag company who called you to the FTC and your Attorney General.  The company's violated the FDCPA and has committed felonies against you by trying to withdraw your money.

A lady called wanting me to let my ex-husband know that they needed to talk to him. Left 800-521-3236 as the call back number and extension 4495.

I have been divorced for over 6 years now and so have not responded to the call.

My called ID shows they are calling every day this week, but they are not leaving a message.  I am not home during the day, so of course they would not get to talk to any one.

I get a call from that number and this woman says "hi, it's Nina" like I know who the hell she is, then tells me to call her back at a different number. Screw that.

I do not owe debt to these people however, they have been calling me NONSTOP to see if I want to WORK there because I had my resume posted online.  Are you serious?? Calling me a bunch of times to be a collection agent will certainly not get me to work for such an annoying company... I have class thank you.

Be sure to also report them to their local AG's office. In addition, complain to the FTC and the FCC, and the division of collection agencies. Put the scum out of business. I also repeatedly call them back and swear LOUDLY to whomever picks up the phone. Turn the tables on the pieces of garbage

Called looking for my brother and told me it was important that I advise where he is, said he needed to give a recorded statement for a business deal. I advised them I would give them no info and they laughed and got angry, said they would reach my brother, he would pay the consequences and they would tell him to thank his brother (me) who doesn't care for him. They picked the wrong person to call because I can play the game better then they.

I received a call from 6369472321, the client services, a guy named kevin, ext # 167. He started off with a rude threatening voice, looking for someone that doesnt even live at the resident, he kept on asking and pushing using profanity to find what he was looking for. I was so angry and scared, at first not knowing who this was, with all these threats of foul language.Im glad I found this site, and hope that him and the company gets shut down. It should be illegal to call someone that early in the morning and screw up their whole day,he probably talks to his parent and child that way too, no manners or any kind of respect.

My sisters are getting phone calls from these people about MY debt. They have nothing to do with me.  We are all grown women! I am paying these people off,  but when they don't get the amount THEY want, they continue to call.  They went so far as to tell my sister they were going to contact my ex husband. Never mind he's my ex and we haven't been married since 1993 and I haven't spoken to him since then! These people are insane!  I'm reporting them to the BBB.

I keep receiving calls by Carry Mason who is very rude and keeps threatening to take me to court. He also has contacted my elderly mother and my sister. This compamy needs to be tken to court.

Started receiving calls from 636-925-1746 in February 2008 - every day - numerous calls.  Caller ID says "NEWS".  They never leave a message.  Research on the phone number indicates it's connected to "PISA GROUP".  Why don't they leave message?  Why do they deliberately disguise themselves?

There is a Michael Bell (yea, right like that's his name) who calls a client of ours and this jerk called the 73 year old mother and 85 year old father and harrassed them about our client.  Very sad...how do these jerks sleep at night?

All creditors probably have access to "Lexis-Nexis Search".  What this does is list ALL potential relatives of the person they are searching for.  The bad thing is that 3/4 of all info on this website is incorrect but the stupid debt collectors call and harrass you anyway - even when you tell them you don't know that person.  Turn them in to the Better Business Bureau using the phone number they call in on and their fake name.  Eventually, Congress will HAVE to do something about these predators harrassing innocent people.  This happens to me all the time and the sad thing is, I don't owe ANYBODY any money but I get calls about relatives that are not even related to me!  Something HAS GOT TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!

I've received many phone calls from a "David Wise" at Client Services, including several ILLEGAL phone calls to my workplace that I could sue him for. He's extremely rude, no matter how polite I tried to be with him, and verbally harrassed me without giving me a chance to speak. I had to hang up on him. He was ordered off my file and another rep, Shey Hayes (who is actually professional and NICE) took it. DAVID WISE STILL CALLS ME TO HARRASS ME even though he is not handling my case anymore!!! I am going to complain to the BBB. I may pursue legal action because of the phone calls at work...I have plenty of witnesses. I'm no longer answering his phone calls and am only dealing with Ms. Hayes.

We keep getting calls throughout the day which I block.  I just tried to block 636-947-2321 Client Services, but my call blocker is full.  Amber Fox left a message on our answering machine to call 800-521-3236 ext. 4289.  The name she asked for is someone with our last name who doesn't live here.

I just received a call from a Jeff Langford.......said he needed to talk to my son about something.....that's all.....about something...and "guessed" he could leave the message with me????

Mike Jones keeps calling for a business partner of mine....at my home!  I told him to call him at home and the reply was "He doesn't return my calls".  He said he needed to do a refferance referal and needed to talk to him.  He also asked for our lawers name.  Always very rude, to say the least, when he calls....you call rude you get rude++ back!  To no avail, still calls.  When I asked for the corporate phone number and management name, I got a phoney number and they said they didn't know management names.  ALL I KNOW IS THAT THEY S*CK!!

Client Services has been calling me for months asking for my daughter. I finally got the amount of this 'debt' and who it was with. I then contacted that company (we're on the east coast, they're on the west coast, never been to that city) who has sent me a letter saying there is no debt. Regardless of what they claim, they must send you debt documentation which has never happened in this case.
I have written to the company telling them that if there is one more call I will contact the Attorneys' General in their state, my state, the state from the office where the calls come from, and the state of the company whose name is being used fraudently, the Federal Trade Commission, and the US Department of Justice thru my federal Senator (already have talked to his office).
I have also begun using equally rude, vile language. They don't like that, they are highly offended. Be careful, they do record your calls, or so they claim, which is also illegal as they cannont do that without first informing you. They told me because they didn't like what i'd said and tho't that would scare me; instead it caught additional illegal behavior. Oh well ...

trust me they wont get the clue they have been calling me for over 6 months now. I finaly got so sick of it I turned the number and guy's name over to my lawyer and now he is handling it.

This number 1-636-947-2321 keeps calling and telling me that they are a collection agency trying to collect a debt yet they cant seem to tell me who they are suposidly collecting the debts for. according to the fair redit reporting act if you request they send you documentation from the ORIGINAL agency they have to stop calling you untill you have recieved this info, and that if you write to them telling them you despute this debt and you wont pay it they have to stop calling you. Well I did both they didnt listen so now my lawyer is handling it, should be satisfying these jerks have been calling me for 7 months or more now.

The company say's Client Services when you call back, which is a branch of NCO- a notorious collection agency with numerous law suites and compliants against them. They keep calling my home looking for someone I dont even know, Shanda the lady is rude and hateful. I tried calling back to have my name removed and she just hangs up on me. Rude! I am filing a complaint with all agencies today!
