i receive this call about 5 times a day and almost every day. no one in the call but i hear a sound like a child is playing something

this number bother me a lot. i receive about 5 times a day and almost every day, i can be early morning or late night

Ok, ive been investigating the caller and ive gotten the call from palmdale.
So far people have said:
From skype
From military base
From bakersfield
Some russian woman
I also recieved a call from +44 20 3051 7839 which is a germany number. I got it right after the 661.

My guesses:
Prank caller (solution: just ignore it)
Skype and military base: perhaps military people using skype to call
Russian woman- idk

This number called me at 3am. I've never been on Skype. Have no clue who or what it was. Says it was Palmdale area. Message left sounded Chinese and was about 4 words ling, but too quiet to really make out for sure.

This is a SCAM for TEAMVEIWER 7 this one told me I had won a $5,000.00 Grant from health and human services and coul dcollect at any weaterne union but first I had to download this prog. It shares your personal desk top information and could potentially give access to your personal information

Got a call in Seattle from some girl at this number saying she works for blockbuster. The short version is that she wanted me to stop "returning [***] VHS tapes in DVD cases" and that VHS tapes are "Lame and from the 80s"... Bored teenager is my guess...

It's Skype. My cousin tried calling me but sine I didnt recognize the number I didn't Answer. He texted me later.

i got a call from this #, at 4:45pm on a wednesday.  When I picked up, it was a man with a very heavy middle eastern accent trying to explain that I had entered into a contest, and had won 4 great prizes. 1: 30" flatscreen tv, 2: $2500, 3: a cruise from Starline Cruise, and 4: a Ford SUV Truck, or $25000.  To qualify for the last prize our household income had to be $1200+/wk. When I said it wasn't he said "ok, so you do not qualify then.  good bye"
WTF?!?

I just received a call from 661-380-3000. They did leave a message. It was a (Robo) reminder call about a Dr Apt I have tomorrow. Missouri

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone (unlisted, of course) saying he was from AB Promotions, that I'd shopped at a Sony store and filled out a contest entry (which I don't shop at nor do I ever use my cell on any forms with personal info), and that I needed a pencil and paper to write down the address I'd need to go to to pick up my prize.  Pick it up?  He rattles off 4 prizes I will have my chance to draw from after I "enjoy some free food and drinks and a brief presentation with no obligation".  That's the point I told him to shut up, make sure this conversation is being recorded, and remove my name, phone number and any other contact information from their databases.

It's from Skype.  Doesn't matter if the caller is international or not.

This caller called late and used bad language. I hung up and the caller called right back. This is ridiculous that someone would use this service to prank call.

i recieved a call from this number and it was my internet company. it say the number is from palmdale area. what kind of number is this then if people get calls from it and it is different people.

My cell phone had a record showed 661-380-6000 called in at 5:39AM. Even I did not aware of it. There is nobody I know from Palmdale area California. It has been so annoyed that the network of our phone system had been providing some possible crook information when or where to bug us. Should the phone company check their data network? Mine is AT&T.
