This caller is a nuisance and I don't want anymore calls from this number! Ugh! Sure hope this is the end of the unwanted calls.

It is a number used when people are out of the country and using Skype to call you

This number is either from Skype or some brand of phone card.

At first I didn't know who it was, then I got the call again and picked up only to find it was my friend from over seas.

Yeah, just call it back, it will tell you exactly what it is.. a generic outbound number for skype users. I just like how at the end of the message it tells you to call your local law enforcement if the calls are suspicious.. LOL..

In my case though it was for an order I placed on Opentip.com, apparently they use skype and don't have a callback number set..

I got a call from this number around dinner time. Based on the comments above about the call being from Skype and probably from someone outside the US, I'd say there's great potential for it to be a scammer ESPECIALLY if you are not expecting a call from someone overseas. I feel like I need to start blocking these numbers....

What if you don't have anyone out of the country at the moment?  So is it a fraudulent Skype call from out of the country?  I haven't gotten several calls from this Number over the last couple months.

It is someone out of the country using skype I just got a call from my brother in china that didn't connect right I could hear him but he couldn't hear me.

I got a call from this number about 3 weeks ago ..didn't answer it , they left a vm it was my boyfriend ..he is in the Army overseas just got deployed to Africa ..i wish i would have answered it tho , but it is skype , he uses that ..to call me and his family in Haiti ..that does suck the that people have to be mean and say bad things!!!

Please stop calling my cell phone number.

I just got about 20 calls in a row from some drunk redneck from Oklahoma, cursing saying I keep calling him. Kept calling about every ten seconds.  Was in my car stopped and talked to a police officer who talked to the guy and said just turn my phone off for awhile.  Finally stopped.  The thing that concerns me is how did he get my number in ther first place.

I get these calls and the first time I picked up they hung up.  No more answering these.

Snagajob also got me called from this number, within 20 min of registering! The BS calls I've had to endure to find a new job, ridiculous!

The guy sounded like the ashhole from Cambece lawfirm ( ATT autocharged my sears card and extra $40 which I refused to pay and now Cambece wants $270 for account that is closed).
I just gave him my old cell number which I always let go straight to voicemail and he immediately called right after I gave him the number and did not leave a message. They think they are sneaky calling from a computer to hide their number, but I can be sneakier.

They call my cell phone 4 times a day atleast and today called my work.  The accent is very strong and they told me that they are from lawfirm and that I have a pending lawsuit.  How can we make it stop?!?

The number, I believe, is a Skype number. I am having some trouble with my voice mail, and I rang my mobile from my Skype account. That is the number that shows up on my Caller ID. If you have a Skype account and can call out, ring your mobile or landline and check the Caller ID.

continually getting calls.  leaves no message.  very annoying.

I gotta call from this number too does anyone knows that who this number belongs too ?  coz when i google the 661 and palmdale area and i saw this number on the first and than i got patience that i am not the only who got the call from this wierd number ,

I am in the military currently serving overseas, I use skype to call my wife and this is the number that shows up on the bill.
