Connie exactly!!! But it's frustrating because they change numbers or they have some chic Sara Penny who is an aggressive thing all on voice mail saved almost all this bs

Recording telling me I had two summons and gave me a Case #. Said to call back and ask for the legal department. I did not do that.

Same situation as above.  They called said that there are charges being filled against "you" at your local court.  If you, want this taken care off before the final judgement is made give us a call to make arrangement.

Problem is, nobody knows where they are located.  They change phone numbers and caller IDs all the time.  That "two charge" nonsense is one of their signature scam points.  They are just trying to scare people into paying them money.

The sources is just a group of white collar criminals who go around trying to scare money out of people. Nobody knows where they are located.

I received a message from this number giving me a case number and telling me that I needed to speak with their legal department. I have tried calling the number back repeatedly but I keep getting a recording telling me that it is either after hours or they are helping other customers. It also states to leave a message, but it tells me the mailbox for that caller is full. If this was a legit company they would not have a full mailbox.

Total scam.  A phone call is not legal notification of anything. No body knows who these people are, just a group of criminals calling people and trying to scare money out of them.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.

I recieved a call form this number a few weeks back which I reported here and filed complaints with everyone's recommendations above.  I also received a voicemail now at my home phone phone number.  My wife received a call today from a blocked number this time stating they were with the Treasury Department this time and we had errors on our tax filings from 2007 and 2010 and wanted a few thousand dollars to rectify.  I just wanted to bring this up as it may be the same people changing thier tactics.  As they are now impersonating a gov't entity, i will have her file a complaint with the treasury department and the FBI again.  Where are the tech geniuses when we need them.

I just received an automated call 5/11/15 @ 1:15 P indicating the same thing - fraudulent activity associated with my social security # and I would be receiving two summons etc. etc. This phone # is a SCAM 678-816-1650.  IGNORE and REPORT to authorities.

I got a phone call saying tha I have 2 fraudulent activities charges associate with my name and ss# they are looking to sumémonos me to court And I need to contact this # 678-816-1650 ASAP to stop court documents from being served. I Will be arrested at my work.

I got the exact same call today.  I am glad there is a place to go to check out these awful people before getting too upset. Thank You all who post.

I got a voice message from this phone number saying that there has been fraudulent activity on my name and ssn and that I needed to call 678-816-1650 and give them a claim number before court summons were served on me at my work or home.  I tried to call but only got an answer machine starting that the business hours were Monday thru Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-1pm.  It was 5:30pm when I called and this seemed strange.  I decided to look up the number this morning before calling and was able to read all the information that the other individuals left.  Thank God I did not fall into the shoes like the women did by getting someone to answer the phone.

Yeahe I have received the same voicemail recording 2 days in a row now on my cell and at family members numbers. Same recording, 2 fraudulent charges and I need to contact them immediately. When I called back yesterday I got an automatic recording stating they were either closed or on the other line and to leave a message, which the voicemail was full.

same number called, left some code to call back. Summons, court, yadda yadda, they hack google voice call your number try to get into google and fail.

I  received a message from my parent of the high priority!! I was urgent that I call the 6788161650 number.  Well, the area code raised concerns for me and with my suspicions of the fraud because of information technology; immediately I became more concerned. I did my research. I called on 5/12 and the following day.  My first experience was with a woman named Marie, she was low level hostile and when I asked questions about the company she complied. The company IRC information retrieval center , I looked it up. Unable to find it then I called a second time and asked the same woman Marie where was she calling from she said Georgia. I asked for an address and then she hung up.
I called on the 5 -13 -15 ; a man named Darius Ford as he called himself.  He then recanted my conversation with Marie from the previous  day. Darius Ford wanted me to verify the ending numbers of my ss# . When I asked questions he became hostile.  Some time had gone by and I received a call from a Georgia  # 404 904 5266 when I answered no one said anything.
So as a result I am going to be served some papers.

I have been getting these calls as well.  Now they are calling my work everyday.  How can I stop this?
