I  believe this is a scam!! Female caller says there id fraudulent activity associated with my social security number.  I never answer but let it go to voicemail. Don't fall for this! !! Please! !!

I rec'd the same phone call today, regarding my daughter who passed away almost 4 years ago. When I tried to call back, I got a recording and it said the voice mail was full. The name on the called id was Bitguard, but the story was exactly the same as others listed. Based on this information, I called the FTC and filed a report.  I recommend that anyone else who gets a call, also call the FTC. If the get enough complaints, maybe something will happen.

This is the 3rd time someone's called threatening me with being served. I have zero Debt and certainly no fraudulent activity attached to me.

A lady keeps calling me to tell me that a summons is out for for me, and whenever I call back they never answer, they did answer once and the guy refused to tell me the name of his company, I think this is total [***]

Have received identical calls every day for last 4 days. Same crap about summonses for 2 claims against my social security number. Threat to serve me at home and work unless I call legal dept at above number.

It's a total scam. Don't call them but file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and Georgia Atty General's Office of Consumer fraud. The 678 phone number traces to Atlanta.

I get a call from the number 1-678-816-1650 every day for the past two weeks around 12:00pm. I do not answer but when I called the number back it said for me to enter my case number if I had it and to hold on the line, I've held on line for five minutes and no one picks up!

Reported this number to the FTC!  Had a voicemail on my fiances phone saying that I have "fraudulent activity associated with my social security # and I would be receiving two summons ."  I since then reported.  We need more people to report these criminals.

I get calls from 678-816-1650, total scam. I got burn last year by another company last year from Georgia. Turned in to cops and credit agencies.

Bogus scam! The same voice mail from many different numbers. Blocked! DO NOT RETURN THE CALL!!!

These calls keep coming with the same message as other people. I have reported it to my state and Geogria consumer .fraud department. These people are very rude and hostile. I have read lot of posts and they all seem to be the same. What more can be done to get these people stopped?

I received a phone call today from 1(817) 778 8834 claiming under Capital Services regarding loan back 2008 and I need to pay them $1200 today or will be going to court for a loan that not paid back in 2008. I was asking for the company name,
Compass Capital. He was talking loud and said do you want to go to jail, you will if you dont pay today.

Back in June 9,2015 I received a call from the 1-305-562-1961 claiming a loan was taken under my name and if I did not make an arrangement to make payment for $1100 with court fee they will come to my work place and take me to jail. I was so worried that I even made a payment and now that I found out its a scamm I staop payment my acct. They are calling from different numbers. How can I stopped this people from this kind of harrassment.

Do you know the name of the entity that received the funds.  If so, could you post it here.  That would helps us rund down these characters and get the local AGs to start filing fraud cases against them.

Returned call and they stated they are a collection agency collecting a debt from a pay day loan through compass capital llc
They had my ss# and last 4 of my bank account #
I stated I have never taken out a pay day loan. They would not give me any information except the name compass capital llc.
I called compass capital and they informed me that this is a scam. They gave me the FBI Web site to report fraud.

I got a similar phone call from 317-200-3254 stating that I had taken out a payday loan from Compass Capital for $500. I asked for proof that i took this loan out and was told that I needed to look in my email for the signed documents the Law office that was handling the case could not supply with any information other then the Payday loan company name and some bogus reference# for their  NO LOAN DATE etc could they give me. Needless to say of course i could not find any payday loan documents in my email and i LOOKED BECAUSE THE YOUNG LADY I SPOKE WITH SOUND SO CONVINCING I THOUGHT MAYBE I DID TAKE OUT A LOAN AND FORGOT.  I called the number back and told them to take me to court then. Your right I wish scammers  would just stop. GO GET A REAL JOB USE YOUR SMARTS FOR GOODS "JERKS"

These people are attempting to steal personal information bank accounts and socials

I didn't get a call from that number they used 844-661-8919 with the same story. They said they were CHA collecting a debt for compass Capital for a default on a payday loan. When I asked them for the date they could not give me that. They said we don't have that information we just have the amount you owe and not sure what check cashing company you defaulted on. The woman was harassing me on the phone saying rudely I will just note you don't want to take care of your debt. She told me I defaulted on a loan and supposedly they tried to collect from a bank I have never banked at.  I told the woman if I owed them money I want proof give me the paperwork on it. She claimed they emailed me which they did not prior to her calling me. I called that number back and at first they were silent and then hesitated as they answered CHA loan. I demanded for their address saying I will mail the money to them when I have proof. The woman yelled at me and hung up. This is definetly a scam and these people need to be stopped.
