If you call the number back, they straight up say they are the National Rifle Association and they are calling about recent updates and offers they have.

This is the national rifle association. I'm a supporting member, and have no reason to bash them (not a "left wing nut", as someone put it), but like it or not, they are definitely the ones calling from this number.

I did not answer the call, but I did call the number back and it IS the National Rifle Association. I did report the call to the Do Not Call list as I am on the list so they should not be calling me. Hopefully this will stop it.

I saw it on my caller ID and answered, "Good Afternoon, this is the Rosewater Foundation, how may I help you?"  Gee, they hung up.  (Hat tip to Kurt Vonnegut.)

I just returned the call and they very definitely said "The National Rifle Association."

Yes it is the N.R.A. i talked to them they just want money, they knew my member # for the NRA

I called the number back and it clearly says, National Rifle Association and even talks about it. But, with that said, something is fishy about it. When I call the NRA on their 800#, I'm a member, I don't get this type of automated call. I think it may be a 3rd party company calling on their behalf. I don't like it.

I am not renewing my membership this year. I am so sick of the daily calls from different area codes, no messages and call blocking! i am soooooo Done!

They start calling me at 8 am but it does them no good cause I blocked the number and now all they hear is one ring and then it hangs up They are to dumb to get the hint. but its their dime so who the heck cares lol let them spend spend spend lol

It's not the National Rifle Association. It is National Recovery Agency that's trying to collect a debt. Could be you owe for a bogus magazine subscription.
