I have been receiving phone calls from 713-489-7846 a lot lately. A lot of times it is after 9pm and I get up very early to go to work. Does anyone know how to get it to stop. I do not have a smartphone and I am unable to block the phone number.

I keep getting calls on my home phone and cell phone.
I wish they would stop

1) CHARLES R MARTIN  PAID a guy to start a fight / physically injury the best man AT his own sons wedding.

2) CHARLES R MARTIN Fabricated / 110% Made Up a child abuse , family that doesn't love him story on a family he never met and did not know-Complete Lie,  went around the wedding telling  his Lies trying to embarrass / humiliate the best man during the wedding.

3) CHARLES R MARTIN Poisoned all the domestic animals Including his own dog- Truly PATHETIC ! all died slowly, within weeks of eating that food.

4) CHARLES R MARTIN  Stole the best man's  cell phone - they saw him do it -Flat Out  Lied when confronted !   trying to get his contacts to destroy more friendships.

5) These are just a few of CHARLES R MARTIN  actions and  the list goes on -
SHHHH! ! He  doesn't think anyone knows how pathetic he is. Doesn't think he will forever be known for being the guy who  payed a guy to physically injury / start a fight with the best man at his owns sons wedding !!!!
FYI :  the  best man was a kid he had a parental authority over for years..

Got it from Maryland. It's just the jail system for all states.

I always plug an unknown phone number into Google to get to these pages. This one came on my cell, and I checked here immediately. The information was very useful, since I know someone in jail right now although they are in Illinois. Apparently a couple commenters are correct, and it's a "third party system". In this case, for me, a voice-mail was left and it turned out to be a "free call", according to the message. It also identified the jail the call was coming from. It gave the option of accepting the call or not, even though it was no charge.

Just got the same phone call except mine was from North Idaho Correctional Facility.

Constant calls from this # saying it's from an inmate in the Snohomish Co. jail--Washington state--I looked up the # for this jail and got the # 866-230-7761.  I finally got a hold of a human being and asked that my # be blocked.  He said I will never get a call from them again.  GTL Global Telephone Link?  Something like that. What a scam!!!

I DO NOT WANT ANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.  I keep hanging up and it continues to call back about every hour on the hour!

I got 2 calls from this number within 30 seconds.  The only reason I answered the second call was my brother lives in Houston and I thought the worse.  I answered and I got the recording about the inmate in jail.  I hung up because I do not know anyone in a state prison much less one in the Indiana State Prison and also didn't even recognize the name.  The kicker to me is that I have had this same number for almost 3 years so the poor guy in prison must not have been in touch with the person that had this number much.

I have been receiving calls from this number for Snohomish County Jail, in Washington. I don't know anyone in jail, and some of the calls have been coming in at 2:30 AM. Really annoying. Any idea how to make it stop??

It was someone I know calling me from our local county jail in Leavenworth KS.

just got 3 calls in a row from this number. i know noone  in jail or prison, so this is a scam, maybe? i dont know but i wish they would eff off

my buddy is incarcerated in central Maryland laundry facility pre-release, Sykesville md and this is the number he calls me from....no scam from this number, someone is trying to get a hold of you or someone that had your number because they are incarcerated

I don't know anyone in prison and this # keeps calling me! Leave me alone! SCAM SCAM SCAM! And if you're one of those saying it's not, which you're freaking idiots- and probably working for this scam, get a life!!!! And stop hanging around people who live in prison, obviously they're there because they are low life scumbags!!

I am getting these same calls from that same number and I am in Washington State.  I called my cell phone carrier and they put a block on that number on my account.  If you have older folks in your family please tell them not to accept any of these calls.  Quite often it is our Senior Citizens that are targeted with this type of thing.

Inmates form the correctional facilities who use pre-paid calling cards all call from this number.  I have a from in a correctional facility in Idaho and this is the number he call from aqs well.

Got a call tonight. Said they were Andy. I just hung up.
