They say tried to serve papers very important to call back. Then hr called 6 times in one day... jerk

I got a call today, The man very firmly stated " Yes, I'm  with P.A.S. and we have left several messages with you! We need to hear from you today!  It's very important!  My caller ID  lists the phone number as belonging to Global Connect.  ~Won't be hearing from me ;)

This company will call relatives and demand that they put the people they are calling for on the phone.

I have not outstanding debts and I will never return a call from someone who doesn't leave a name.

They called my cell phone at 7:42 pm ("Name Unknown") and my home phone at 7:46 pm ("NO CNAM"). I don't answer unknown numbers. No message was left for either call, and I will not answer if they call again.

Have gotten calls from these people claiming to be an attorney and said they sent paper work that I never got and have the wrong name each time they call. The man even threatened to sue me to get my name since he had no clue who he was taking to. I have no debts nor do my family members so what he could want with my credit card (Which I don't have) is beyond me.

Mr. Shelly or Shiely harrassed me at work today. He said horrible things about me and what I believe to be a physical threat. I reported him to Santa Ana and Garden Grove police. All it takes is one call from me to follow up with the threat. I hope that horrible man reads this. I have a witness that heard him go psycho on the phone. 2 phone lines come in very handy, He had better not ever contact me again. If this is truly a legitimate collection agency then I am sure any judge would love to hear what he said to me. Just very happy I had a co worker on the phone extension.

Called me today and left a message claiming to have called several times and only left their name as PAS.  Called back and they would not tell me what the letters stood for or the actual company name.  Then hung up on me. 7144153920

My mom is getting these calls for me. THey once told her I was going to jail of she didn't call back! Now the Cherry/Terry guy is calling. A little less aggressive, but still bullied her! Claims they send me some paperwork. They didn't, of course! AND they used me nickname not my real first name! She told him not to call her number again. he claims he can't do that. If it's a debt he's delusional if he thinks I am going to jail! I told him to go ahead and file the paper work and have me arrested. I've not committed any crime! I've heard they are a company that bought some old, written off credt card debt and are using strong arm tactics to collect! I won't be answering anymore calls and have told my mom not to.

I work in an office answering phones and this number always calls me asking me for an employee regarding a personal matter. Every time I tell them not to call the work they end up cussing me out saying that i need to do something to get him thru to the employee. Then I called the number back and they said they were a litigation company. Just another distruptive bill collector

I got a call from wells fargo mortgage at this number but i was 30 days late like three years ago and they wanted to charge fees for that one missed payment. Said I was late on $1,400 and now I have to pay $800 in fees or my mortgage is in trouble. I can't believe wells fargo pulls this [***] it

I don't answer my home phone when I don't recognize the number because of the high volume of telemarket calls I receive, despite being on the Do Not Call list. I had quite a few messages of the same type, I think the name was Don Terry, but Don Cherry would work too! I got a case #1381538, call back number has always been 714-415-3920. I know I have no outstanding debt issues, have a feeling it's a call related to an ex-husband from 10+ yrs ago. Have no intention of calling back. Have had 2 different gentlemen leave messages, the first also being someone stating they left several messages and I need to call back today...when it was the first time they called.

I just got a call from them, too.  Some bored guy obviously reading from a script, stating they have tried repeatedly to call me, though this is the first time I've EVER heard from them.  Just remember, kids, in California, there's a 4 year statute of limitations on credit card debt.  So if they're threatening you about an "aged debt", tell them to go pound sand.  (And don't pay them even one buck or you start the clock all over again!)  Thank goodness for the 'net and good people like you to keep on informed!

i dont see why something so urgent cannot be addressed by mail in hardcopy first.  they dont wan to show proof or reveal what it is for.

I have received a couple of calls from them as well, a couple from someone that came off as though he was trying to intimidate me into calling them immediately which I completely disregarded because of his approach.  I just had one a bit ago where the guy sounded like he had 5 strong coffees right before calling and left a VM where he was talking a mile a minute to where I could barely make out what he was saying, but after listening like 4 times I got enough info out of it.  He never said the company name, just said I MUST call him back within 24 hours, so I figured I'd call and see what's up (I do have some old debts out there from when I was laid off and looking for work).  When I reached him he was still talking really fast and the call was distorted, I told him I couldn't understand what he said.  He told me to turn off the music off in the background, I told him I didn't have any music playing.  He repeated himself, and I said again I wasn't playing any music.  Then he said he needs to hear from me by 5 (it's 4:30), told me again to turn off the music, and then hung up on me.  Even if it's for a legitimate debt, how can you possibly deal with people that act like this?

yes...i always get call from these people...yolanda was the latest. They stated that there is an issue and that i need to call them to resolve the issue and that they need to send some paper works to me and that i have to do it before it reaches my work place...isn't this called HARRASSMENT? I am closed to calling them back after them mentioning about my employer! Goodness, gracious! these people have the heart to do this to their fellow human beings! I just wish they will be victims too!
