These people called asking to speak to my supervisor? I asked politely that this number NOT be used as my contact because it is my employers number. The man was rude and started raising his voice. I hung up and he called back.

Scam agency on Discover Card - which I have never had.  Has an inside source at T-Mobile for cell numbers.  Called 2 kids under 18 for information.  The numbers are not listed anywhere, but are on my T-Mobile account.  This David Weber specifically asked these kids for me and for any information they could give him!  He is a scum bag!  Deceptive and who will have the last laugh when they are reported to the Attorney General and sued for harassment of a debt that is not mine and never has been.  

Two people from Premium Asset Services has been calling my home, my cell phone, my job and now my relatives.  The names they have left are Phil Kantaros and Adriana Martinez.  They told a relative that they were calling about a bankruptcy and needed to find me.   I have never heard of this company and I am not filing for bankruptcy.  I read on the internet to send them a certified letter to "cease and desist" which I will do right away.  Also someone suggested taping the phone calls which is a great idea. The two phone numbers they called from are (714)975-7605 and (714)975-9622.

I got a call from this company, Premium Asset Services, located at 2141 S. Fairview St., Santa Ana, CA.  They are EXTREMELY rude. The phone number I got a call from was: (714) 975-7637, but they also have a phone number at (714) 975-7626 that I was given by a lady who initially called me.  A lady by the name Jamie S. called me claiming that I breached a contract and that their firm was in the process of suing me and they wanted to update their records as to my address so they can send me a summons.  In addition, they wanted to know if I was going to be representing myself or by an attorney. This lady would then say that she had limited information after I asked a few questions and then transferred me to a guy named David Ethen. This guy was VERY rude and disrespectful to the 10th degree. He told me I breached a contract with HSBC BANK for a credit card with Orchard Bank Mastercard and that I was being sued.  I told him nicely and calmly that I didn't sign an actual contract with HSBC Bank and that I wasn't able to pay years ago and I'm not able to pay today.  After I said that, he got very belligerent, called me stupid and told me that I should be ashamed of myself and I was a disgrace to my own Black people.  And I responded, 'My people? What people are you talking about?' He said, 'Black people.'  I asked, 'Are you Black?' and he said YES. Overall, he was very, very forceful, overbearing and intimidating.  This company never stated once that they were attempting to collect a debt.  In the beginning, when he asked me do I want him to get the file about my case, I told him 'yes, but I don't see why since I didn't breach any contracts', he told me, 'If you want me to get the file, then  say yes and shut up.  When I ask you again, just answer and shut up....shut up.'  Never in the past have I been belittled or verbally attacked in this way by a clandestine debt collection agency.  I didn't even know they were debt collection agency; they gave me the impression that they were a lawyer firm or something of the sort.

A company called PAS (Premiere Assets Servces) Has been calling my cellphone and harassing everyone about my family. This is becoming ridiculous.

Demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you and will be filing a lawsuit against them for violations of the FDCPA and TCPA.

This is been going on for months. I did call told them if they had proof of a debt send all information to us. The man got rude started screaming when I finally hung up. This is against the FDCPA RULES  they are a collection company like most out there.  This is from 5 years ago and just so you all know, if its a credit card go back to the last date used and if its more than 4 years they can not sue you... just so you know. if keeps up go to FDCPA  and report them as I have done

A female left a very threatening message on my voice mail. I returned the call and the male was speaking to  me in a threatening manner.  What this company does is against the law.  

These people were very disrespectful to my fiance. I called them and got ignorant with them. They said i threatned them and they dug into my personal life.   They know my social what i drive my full name. Non of which did i ever give them. The only thing i threatned was a lawsuit cause they stressed my pregnant fiance out when they called. They rubbed it in that thry knew things about me by saying at the end of our conversation "enjoy your grand am". I take that as a threat. Cant wait to get an attorney. I called back and told them i wanted to hear this recording of me threatning them. The guy wouldnt even talk to me. I think it's wrong they can find out who you are and all private info even you don't even have an account with them.

Bob are you serious. These are scam artists so why would you tell someone to pay their bills is the way to get rid of these types of people.

I received a call from (855) 895-9005 and (714) 975-7611 and the guys name is Henry Lee. Whey I asked to send me information in regards to the bill they said I owed they sent a letter from them saying who was the supposed to be creditor was a fake Acct. # and File # and the balance. My address wasn't correct and the name they have is an old name which wasn't my name at the time of this supposed to be bill. This is so damn aggravating.

A man by the name of Henry lee has been calling my son at his job inssesantly for a debt he claism my son has which is over 7 years old.  We have asked him repeatedly to stop caling his job because it could affect him.  All this man Lee does is scream and make lies.  This has to stop. When I asked him for his fax number and address to send a letter to cease and desist he simply refused.  This has to be a scam

That is true, Wachovia did that to me too, I ended up with excessive overdraf charges for unknown or unclear charges from them.

That is what this lady said to me that "a complaint has been filed"  I asked them who filed the complaint, who are you? they told me they were a National people finder, or something like that, but I need to call this company because a complaint was filed...and that the name was PAS...I asked them what PAS means?  they did not know they just work looking for people and they don't know who they were...its funny I told them, if a complaint has been filed let the judge send me a letter than...

They ID themselves as PAS, they said they do "judgment enforcement" and are located in Riverside California.  In reality, of course they are debt collectors.

"This company has several offices, not just at the Fairview St location. They are also at 1820 E Garry Ave #107, Santa Ana, CA 92705 and “Worldwide Asset Recoveries LLC” is at 2641 Hamner ave #209 Norco Ca. They have another office in Huntington Beach as well. All scam offices ran by James Trent."

Apparently Trent's employees are considered independent contractors.  So their compensation is based on their own individual performance, they don't get a salary per se.    Which explains a lot of the rudeness and law violations that occur with these companies.

Scam they collection agencies buy old collections that should be off after seven years! They said my name or property owner just to scare us! I had insurance with 3 credit card agencies which did not obey by the rules! I paid pennies on the dollar if I became disabled which I did in an auto accident, filled out their paperwork and was denied! This is bs!
