This man is calling my office my home, my cell, husbands cell, he's not even trying to collect a debt he's straight harrassing me. Looked up my facebook then called and said I need to go to jenny craig. This person is a stalker and has crossed the line. His name is DON TERRY and he is threatening to show up at my work. Mind u i'm a woman. Ive read all about him and he's doing this to everyone. Even called my father n law who on his cell who is going thru cancer treatment. This is a disgusting pig who is just trying to ruin ur credit. I told him IDC i have a beautiful home car and everything I need and he said he would have it all taken away...WTF he's a psycho.

Number calls every day with nothing to say,Im sick of it.

Actually, you are misinformed. Interest can be charged at a legal rate in any state for an account that is delinquent.

This firm represented as PAS Services left several messages that it was very important that I return the call immediately. Turns out that they obiously are a collection agency and were looking for a relative that I have no knowledge or involvement with their personal financial situation.  The PAS representative was extremely rude and aggressive to a point that it was useless to continue the conversation.  All I wanted to tell him was to take me off his list as I have no involvement with the person he was looking for. I didn't get the chance. However, if I do receive another call from them, I will take further legal action within the framework of agencies that do protect us from calls like this.

Absolutely do NOT allow yourself as I have to be bullied and pushed around by Dan Schiel and his firm. I have contacted my attorney and have filed a police report with Santa ana sherifs department. We will be pressing charges against this firm and that incredibly rude and threatening company -Dan acts like he's an attorney. Talks a big game. He definitely worked me over.  Whether there was an old debt or not, I assure you debt collectors don't operate like this.  I lost money to this firm. But I am taking every precaution now and they do have more information than they have a right to. I am even changing banks and more. Please be careful !!! File a report. Call the police !! This is not right.

I just got a call from them. I almost answered but didnt because I dont like answering numbers I dont know. The man left an incredibly rude voicemail stating it was PAS Services and they had left several messages for me to call them back but had not heard anything and I needed to call them back today, they had to hear from me today. It also sounded like they recorded the message from a speaker phone cause at the beginning someone is clearly saying something but cuts it off. Im just going to save the message but Im not calling them back.

I got the same message today - on my work phone.  Felt like I was being yelled at and just as the same of the messages I read above - it was a recording that repeated twice and said they have been calling me and I NEED to call them Today!
Not gonna happen.

Just received phone call and an aggressive voicemail message saying that they had left several messages and I MUST call them back today. No chance - came to a new phone provided by my employer. This is the first time they've called or left a message. DELETE.

Same message, except they ask for someone by name, who I have never heard of...I wonder if I should call back just to tell them they have to wrong person..They do make it sound legal..As in, we need to hear from your attorney or legal representative today..we have left several messages regarding papers that need to be served...I cant believe they are a collection agency....what a waste of time...

These people have been calling me all of a sudden, too. I have never heard from them before. I have not received any paperwork from them. The calls have been very threatening and they have not only called my home and cell phone, but my place of employment as well. They harassed my receptionist! They asked for HR and when there was no answer, instead of leaving a voice mail, returned to the receptionist and demanded my manager. I returned the call and was treated like a criminal. They threatened to have me served by the State of Minnesota at my job. When I told the man that I didn't want them at my place of employment, and tried to give my home address, he told me I was too late and I would be served at work. He refused to take my address! I hung up on him. The next day he called me at work and directly asked for me. When he got my voice mail, he went back to the receptionist and wanted to know why he got my voice mail? He "thought I was available in the afternoons". He went back to my voice mail and left a message that I or my manager return his call. Then he called my cell phone and left a message. The calls have come from FOUR different numbers. At least 2 of them were blocked. Today, a friend of mine called (a woman answered giving a company name you couldn't understand) and asked for the mailing address and was put on hold immediately. After a few minutes on hold, they hung up on her. She called back and asked again. A man answered "corporate office". He put her on hold immediately. When he did come back on the line, he wanted her name or a phone number. She told him she just wanted a mailing address. He put her on hold again. Then he got back on the line and wanted her to tell him who she was calling for or what company or what department. He didn't know what address to give her. She said she wanted the address of the building he was sitting in at this moment, and he wouldn't give it! She hung up. Totally calling the authorities on these people!

Just got a threatening message on my cell phone saying that they've tried calling several times (which is a lie) and that it would result in legal action if I didn't call back. I jut called them and told them that if they call again I will file harrassment suit against them and that they better not leave me any further threatening messages, and that I have the one already saved and that I will take them to court so fast they will regret ever dialing my number. The woman said..Ok...have a good day!

I just received a call today making it sound very important.  I had no idea so I returned the call.  Looking for a family member like you that I haven't seen in over a year also.  Funny thing they have never called me before ,but stated they have left several messages.  

I told them I couldn't contact that person and to take my number out of their system.  She agreed.  Ha will see.  Like you I will file charges too.

OH!!!  Forgot to say that they mentioned that they are filing charges against this person.  Go ahead if you can find them.

They have called my family, husband and his work saying that they have left numerous messages for me (which they havent) and they claim to be a law firm of Mr. Shields but when I call back they answer as "executive offices and premium services". They claim I have a previous debt (which I don't) and need to pay on it today to clear it up. They have stated they can take my card number over they phone and say if I don't pay them they are going to have me sent to court to take care of it. Nothing but a scam, beware!

I wouldn't listen to them.  I got a call from 18552254156, my father gave me the phone and I asked hello 3x and, knowone was there. So I hung up and called back. I was transfered to a man that kept saying I was giving someone a hard time at their office. and He kept saying something about atterneys and courts. He was talking so fast I couldn't even understand what he was even talking about. I asked him to stop slow down and explain what he was talking about. He was so rude, completely unprofessional. telling me that I had a problem from the get go of are conversation, when he asked if I was so and so, I replyed uhhuh nicely. He said it was a fact that I was giving him problems when I replyed uhhuh I wasn't being mean in any way.. I think He was upset that I had asked him,what he was talking about and to slow down and why he was bringing up atterneys and courts. He asked me if I had a problem with it. I havd never talked to anyone in that office before in my life. I wanted to know why he thought I was giving someone a hard time when I wasn't...Before I called them I recorded the whole phone call of him treating me so badly. I was thankfull to do so. I had a problem in the past where I was victemized by collection agencys. I asked him if I could speak to a supervisor, and to get his operator number which he refused to tell me. He told everyone in his office if a so and so calls to fransfer her to me. I told him are phone conversation was being recorded and he said a few harsh words and hung up... I called back and asked to speak with a manager and they said that they could no longer give me any information about my account when all I wanted to do was handle my account business. I'm not sure why this man was so rude to me. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know. But all I can say is I'm left wondering what I owe and I cant even find out. I have never been treated so badly by any company besides the other collection service I had problems with. I don't know what it is about collection services. I have another collection service that I talk to on a monthly basis and they would tell you that I'm the sweetest person and all I want to do is help them help me... I'm a mother of 4 beautiful children. I have two that are disabled. One is blind and my childrens father is disabled as well. I take care of my father, and my brother thats about to have back surgery. I'm not looking for a pitty party. I'm wondering how I can fix this??? Can anyone help me??? And what can I do. I looked them up and there is a big alert that their scamers. Is this a real company CCS??? They told me that was the name of there company. I called back after business hours and it said that they were premium asset services.. This keeps getting weirder by the minute these people cant get any story straight.. Have received a couple voice messages from 714-415-3920 which were very rude telling me that they are PAS Services and that they keep leaving me messages but I have not returned their calls. I did return the calls. The phone rings about 25 times before an answering machine answers which says that I have reached the office of John Kent. I have NO CLUE who PAS Services is, nor who John Kent is!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number for over a year, have never talked to them or attemped to call them back and don't intend to.  If they think they have anything on me to collect, knock yourself out! trying.     I owe nothing, have no debt.  Obviously a SCAM, not going to respond to it. Doesn't seem to be
official.  See ya!

They called me doing the same thing, its ridiculous, they are jerks.

Just got a call from these people stating they have left numerous messages..never received a call. If they can't represent themselves in a legal manner, I have no intentions of returning a call .
