These call continue even after giving them my sons last known phone number. He has not lived here in close to 13 yrs.  I have no new number for him as we are not speaking. He owes me money also. I have even told them he lives in Kansas now.

I received an "urgent" message from this P.A.S. company in which a man who doesn't leave a name said in a stern voice, " This is pas services we've left several messages for you to call us back and we have yet to hear from you, we need to hear from you today, its important that we hear from you today." I checked my android phone's itemized voice mail records (dated back to Nov.) and my missed call log (dated back to Feb.) and found no record of their calls. I intend on reporting them and blocking their number, I suggest you do the same!

Received a call this morning saying they have left several messages and that it is very important I call back today.  And then he repeated that I must call back today. Oh, and they did NOT say who they were calling, me, my husband, or my daughter.  First of all they called my cell a couple months ago.  I have no idea how they got my cell.  Now they say they have called and left several messages (on my land-line I am assuming).  I have no bad debt out there, and I have no idea what they are talking about.  I do not intend to call them back.  If someone really thinks we have bad debt they can send a letter!

This collection agency is very disturbing I got a phone call from a Dan Sheele He started naming my Facebook friends and when I asked him why he was stalking my FB page he started in on my posts about my Christianity this company has all ready called me before so why would he be on my FB page? Then he started naming off my FB friends.. asked to speak with a supervisor wouldn't transfer called back he kept intercepting the call. I recorded the call if anyone has any simular stories please post im sure im not the first he has done this too.. He may have a right to call me but he was way out of line and questioning  my Christianity and stalking my friends is breaking laws..

some ace hole called last night saying call or else did not leave a name who he was looking for , so I called back said oooo I am scared , so he called back today  being a dick about I must be scared I didn't leave a name, ha , I said who you looking for he said mike felts , told him I don't know a mike felts then he said Mike wiedemann , so at that time I knew he was just fishing , so I let him know he was not only an a$$ , but a dum A$$ an hung up

They contacted my employer. I'm a teacher and they contacted the board of trustees. She emailed me and I called. I've got debt from a divorce. He said he would settle with me and I said I would need to speak with me husband. I called after school and he told me they couldn't work with me. Wanted the money up front. I told them no, I couldn't do that. My daughter has been in the hospital and I don't have extra cash. He got very rude with me and threatened to sue me. He told me he would no longer speak to me about this matter and that I would be served and then hung up on me. I was so upset. I'm so thankful I found this website.

these people have called me threatening a fraud case be brought against me on a credit card that was opened in 2007 right before i became disabled and lost my home and family over a $300 amount that i could not afford now they say i owe over 2200...and will take me to court...they are calling from unlisted numbers as well as 714-415-3930, 866-240-0898....

Cynthia, This is Steve ?. Had a very firm voice saying that I needed to make some kind of commitment today. I do not make any commitments unless I know first hand what it is about. Said they would make 3 attempts to my home and if they couldn't get to me they would embarrass me at work. These scammers need to rot in hell. That is all this is. Received a email with an attachment saying that I could set up some kind of arrangement and if I didn't comply by July 19, 2013 that it would be considered Null and voice. What a joke.

A very rude message was left on our answering machine this morning saying several messages had been left and it was essential that I call back.  I did and spoke to a very rude and pushy male who was looking for our adult son.  I gave him our son's phone number and address and he kept asking personal questions and became threatening.  Very rude and extremely unprofessional.  I filed formal complaints with the Santa Ana City Manager's office, the Orange County DA's Office, the CA Attorney General's office and the FCC.  Don't put up with low life scum of the earth people like this and report them.

Yeah, pay your bills.

Caller left message they they had left several messages ealier (They HAD NOT left earlier messages- they are liars!) & urgent for us to call.  So I called.  They were trying to locate relative in another state.  Still don't know how or why they were contacting us and leaving us very nasty voice mail messages.

They left a voice message on my phone claiming they had called me three times previously, which they had not as I have caller ID and Verizon call log, and demanding we call back. I returned the call and was put immediately through to a voice mail.  I left a message telling them I had no idea who they were and I would be at home the rest of the evening, that I knew it was west coast from the area code. I will put their number on our  block list now that I know it is a scam.

CName is the directory address the servers look for to abtain the information. This means they are calling thru a VOIP(Voice over internet protocall) Which can be disguised in many different fashions. I'm looking to research which phone company actually owns the number in which they are getting service from. Might be very possible to go after them as I am receiving the same calls.

Dito from Shawna's post on Aug 27, 2012.  I just received a call on my cell today sounded very threatening on a message he left.  He said he was from PAS Services and that they have called many times and left messages and this was our last chance, to call back by the end of the day.  This number has never called before and we have never heard of this company.  I'm obviously not calling them back.  There appears to be a pattern by the post of these calls from late Aug thru Oct 2012 and there at it again.....

This company called me 8558959005 David Ames violated the FDCPA twice told me it was a debt before he confirmed my identity then I hung up on him he called right back which is HARAssment. Then I spoke to the Manager James Palmer and he was a real scumbag liar. This guy tried to say its not illegal to call twice in a day to collect a debt. Which is exactly the meaning of harassment by the FDCPA and FTC this companies lies cheats and steals for money don't pay them. they are heartless and dont care about anything but money exactly the managers would he seems like he would rob his own mother

Send in a dispute letter ask for verification of debt and the original contract you signed and when the debt is from.

I have had 2 calls from this company from someone names Bob Alexander saying it was imperative I called him back. Sounded like a debt collector. When I moved to this area and got a new phone number there was a debt collection agency calling on a previous owner of that number. I called back and stated that I believed them to be calling about a previous insodent and believed they had an incorrect number. They called back and reiterated the importance of my returninmg their call. Both calls sounded of a threatening nature. I have zero debt, no outstading bills and "excellent credit" so I know there are no issues. I left them a reply message with my cell phone number. No resolution to this point but it is irritating non the less. Hoping my call tomorrow will end the calls. Fortunately I gooled the phone number etc.. and saw the internet info and comments.

They call from this #7149757622 and was then connected w 7144153920.  Very rude. Her name is Alexis. Said they were going to sue me.  Wants me to pay $927 in 4 payments. Do i pay them?? Is it a scam. Btw... the debt was from 2005

Yep, Yolannda went for broke today! Never says who she works for, never her full name..nothing! Today, she calls my cell phone twice and leaves a rather threatening message, "it's in YOUR BEST interest to CALL ME today...or else"...excuse me? Then I find out from my mom she calls and leaves a message for either her or my dad to "call me now, or else" attitude. Who do these people think they are? Are they this ashamed of where they work, that they decide not to say? I have never received any paperwork declaring one thing I "owe" them, so what is up with the constant harassment?
I do plan to take Louie up and write them a letter tonight and send it out tomorrow, telling them to cease and desist all contact by all phones, mail, or email and state they also may not contact any friends. If I hadn't Googled the number, I would have no idea who these people are! Beyond cedee and tackles to say the least, and they certainly have no issues with breaking the law!

Same story with me.  Dave called 5x to my place of work after I requested not to be called in my office.  I called the number back and asked to speak to an manager.  When I reported the harassment I was told I was lying.  When I asked what the debt was they said I owed, it was for a credit card that was paid off.  When I told the manager that he again told me I was lying.  In the future I will keep a recorder near by and tell them I am recording the message.
I did report this agency to the FTC using the online reporting form.  It is clear that this agency is harassing and threatening people.  Several of the comments indicate that complaints have been filed against Premium Asset Services.  Yet no one has commented on what has happened after they filed their complaint.  Can someone who has been through this let me know if the harassment stopped after the complaints were filed???????????
