This company is calling me wanting me to pay money of a debt that I had no connection with.  They also called my work.  These people need to stop.  The person said there name was Don Cherry, what a scumbag.

I have been getting calls from this number and cannot understand the name of the company when I call them. they don't leave a message either

These people have been calling me daily, harassing and intimidating me into trying to pay a ridiculous amount of money.  They are Premium Asset Services (PAS) located at 2414 S. Fairview St. Suite 210, Santa Ana, CA.  Dan Schiele is their Vice President of Operations.  When I demanded they send a certified bill or letter they told me they couldn't and simply sent me an email with the so called debt I owed.  This company has violated many laws by pretending to be attorneys, informing other's about my debt and the actions that will be taken against me, by their constant harassing and intimidating phone calls threatening to sue me.  They have gone as far as calling my manager and informing her about my personal matters.  I have demanded that they stop, but they simply continue.  I filed a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-FTC-HELP (WWW.FTC.GOV) and I will also file a complaint with the Attorney General at 1-800-593-8222.  I suggest that anyone going through the same scenario call and complain as well.

these people kept calling me several times saying they need to contact me by the end of the day or they would need to take it to the next level.  when i finally called them back to let them know to send me the information by mail, they asked me to confirm my information without giving me what it was regarding.  finally, the guy told me i was snotty and im not a customer i'm a debtor.  and asked me where is all the stuff i bought with that credit card, i told the guy that is none of his business and he proceeded to yell at me.  do your homework people, if you are delinquent like me....contact the primary where you had your credit card with and find out who they sold it to.  then that will affirm everything if they are legit or not.  i will be calling tomorrow to find out who they sold my account to.  as far as i know, they are not attorneys and they cannot speak to you like that over the phone.  we all have our downs thrrough this hard time, but hey we are still human so they should treat us like humans right?

This number called our house and sounded very threatening on a message he left.  He said he was from PAS Services and that they have called many times and left messages and this was our last chance, to call back by the end of the day.  This number has never called before and we have never heard of this company.  I'm obviously not calling them back.

They have called and made statements to call back in 24hrs or else they will proceed .Though who do I owe ? All I know Im broke and onething they are violating our privacy with unwanted calls . Of making bogus statements that someone just reported a complaint which is BS

I have received 2 calls this week from PAS Services. They are looking for a family member that  lived with me  6 years. ago. They know he doesn't live with me anymore and agreed to remove my telephone number from their files (1st call). The second call shows that they are willing to harass me in an attempt to bring pressure on my family member. I have contacted the  Mass Attorney Generals Office and they will be sending me a complaint form. It is also available for download at www.mass.gov/ago

i rec'd same msg.  they make it sound urgent...
i let the ans. mach. take it.  the msg. they leave repeats it self twice.

this has to be a phishing scam...the recorded voice is forceful and rude...i'm going to try to get them blocked

My elderly mother received a call from these people said they were calling about her stolen identity.  She said the gentleman had all her information including social security number, address and obviously her telephone number.  When I called him back to see what exactly he was calling about, if it was something that was new he became very rude and abusive telling me I was being rude for not letting him talk. When I asked for his supervisor he said he was the supervisor and then hung up on me. I contacted the local sherriffs department who called them back and told them not to contact us again.

They are w/ Premier Assest Services LLC. They are based out of CA and violate everything in the Fair Debt Practice Act. They have been sued several times. if you get a call from them, contact your lawyer and sue them. They never state it is in an attempt to collect a debt which they are required by law to do.

How do we make this stop?  I just received my second call from this "company."  My first was last night with a caller leaving a message saying that they have left several messages (lie) and it was important that I call him back at this number.  He sounded forceful and even threatening.  I did not call back.  This morning I get a call from a woman - the caller ID says "NO CNAM" - which I think is suppose to be "NO NAME."  I will not call this company back, but I don't want someone messing with my finances.  I have already been victim to something similar this past year via credit card scam.  How do we stop this?!?

I've been receiving calls along with messages on my cell phone just like the folks above. Stating I must call and that the call came from a company PAS. I didn't recognize the number or the one I was getting at home from 866-240-0898. The 866 number left the same message. As to say I ignored the messages. I couldn't believe PAS called me at work yesturday! I was lucky enough to be able to speak freely. I was caught off guard by "Dan", with PAS, telling me I had an outstanding credit card debt that was last paid on in 10/09. He was pleasant and appeared to want to work with me to resolve this. He gave me several options in which I told him I would call him back today.
I just really needed to look into things.
I had already settled this account.
Thank god for the difference in time zones and the internet. I did some research and came across this site...quite helpful. Also checked out the fact that PAS can call me until I notify them that  "I'm not allowed personal calls", then by law they are to stop. Also I researched my states statute of limitation on credit card debt. Which for me is 3 years and ironic that 3 years will be in October.
When calling "Dan" back today his voice was friendly just like yesturday until I started to share my information. Not quite so friendly any longer!
I tried to ask for their mailing address so I could send a certified letter stating not to call me any longer but lord & behold.... I was hung up on. Surprise right?
