we should all be lobbying govt hard to change the laws on spam faxes , not just the overseas one detailed above , i get so many faxes every week advertising garbage it is costing me a fortune in ink and paper.

every time i get one and log on to their website to " unsubscribe " , they get revenge on me by sending double the quantity , only from a different fax code.

lock them up , chop off their baubles or something.  !!!

I was aloft for a little while till i reached this site to realize the what is going on.

I thought it could be possible (optimistic by nature)that I may get selected but was wonderering about the criterion they must have followed and accessibility to my in-depth information.

In my case I fit the bill in the catagories of Executive, Professional and Entreprenuer in Australia so looks like their target audience is carefully picked up but the question is how.

I will share a little secret which may help. This fax came to me right after I did a DNB search for a company and an individual and while buying the report on internet from I had to fill in my details including my fax number.

If you guys have also done something similar on the net to let them find out that you are in business, or professional etc

This rubbish has made its way into the states.  If they did receive my information as MarkAnthony claims, why would I need to fax it back to them...interesting logic LMBO!  I have similar faxes from the same MarkAnthony, the only differences are the respond by date and the "removal" number.  This is so obviously a scam.  Faxed him back 35 pages of black construction paper, filed an FCC complaint and included my faxes as proof.  This guy needs to go jump in a lake wearing brick shoes.

I do not understand how this is a scam, when you are purchasing items and then receiving them. How is that a scam? you people are paranoid! Why not check out the website or perhaps the better buisness bureau for some legit information?

I don't think any of these people ordered spam faxes.  Nor is there any info other than the return fax number, so checking out the website isn't possible.  If that doesn't reak of scam I don't know what does.

Just got it in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.  Glad I looked it up before showing it to my already too-busy boss.

If you don't think this is a scam, its because you work there. This crap is in California now, like we needed a new hustle.

Returned the Fax about a week ago - thought it was legit. Received a phone call today requesting and interview and hand written report about our business.
Editor was Jennifer Connor! Fax: (02)80786030 From: Office of Public Affairs.
Wish I had checked it out on-line first.

I received 2 faxes from the same scamming outfit in Australia  in Nov and then Dec 2009. The fax claimed to come from the Office of Public Affairs which gave it an appearance of legitimacy. The follow-up phone call made all sorts of extravagant offers which made me smell a large rat. The scam was obvious when the eventual requests for payment came.

The sending fax number was 02 8078 6030 (ie from NSW, probably Sydney) and the name at the bottom is now Jennifer Conner.

Received it today for the second time, glad I have checked this out! What a waste of good people's time and money!

Got my fax today (7/12/09) All I can say is its gonna be a pretty big publication when it comes out and with no slur meant to my fellow bloggers it should be retitled "Who is and Who Isn't" or better still " WHITE PAGES"

We just got this "Who's Who" fax at our office in Adelaide, from "Jennifer Crowley", fax number 02 8078 6030. The CEO just brought it into my office thinking it was legit, but he always runs these things by me (the IT manager) because I'm usually pretty canny about scams. I suspected this thing and googled it, finding this page and confirming my suspicions. Thank you to everyone above for posting this information; by working together in this manner we can defeat these filthy criminals.

Recieved fax today - using name Jennifer Crowley Fax 0280786030. She is certainly persistent!

I'm from Victoria. I received the fax from 'Jennifer Crowley' today and instantly reported it to the ACCC.

Writing "Remember, there is no cost to be included" - doesn't even make sense.......

Got a scam from a Jennifer Crowley fax 02 8078 6030 addressed to 2 of my reindeers. Why not the others?
Surely Jennifer knows my address at South Pole so why fax me.

Its reached rural Queensland now - 21st December we received it...just before Christmas isn't that nice???

Received one again today this time the number is 609-613-5917 it is a princeton NJ # Faxed tons of red paper back to them hehehe hope they get the point
