- Suntasia/Strategia MarketingThis is to let all of you know that the owners of Suntasia have changed their corporate name to Strategia Marketing, LLC. I just happen to drive by their building and sure enough there it was. Same colors and logo as the prior name but it is still the same scam.
The company claims they merged with another one but nothing can be farther from the truth. It is same suspects still running the show. The only reason the owners of Suntasia changed their name is bc of all the complaints and federal investigations on going. If you look at their Better Business Bureau Report it is full of complaints. Click below.

Now they have a new clean slate with the name Strategia bc they are not listed or registered with the Better Business Bureau. Same old scam though, you qualify for free gas and travel vouchers or grocery vouchers and they want you to give up your bank information to bill you whenever they want to.
The only difference in this new company as oppose to the old one is that Bryon Wolf, Roy Eliasson and Fred Wolf are managers at Strategia which is a limited liability company. Suntasia was a full fledged corporation with a President, Vice President and so on.

- JannetteThey call me every day and don't leave a message. I see them coming through on my caller ID and don't answer. What a scam!
- LJI received a call from this number last week and because I'm getting ready to move (and I had recently purchased plane tickets and book hotel reservations for a trip to vegas). I listend to the spiel about the $400 is travel vouchers because I thought it was related to those purchases. The same thing as everyone else listed, the telemarketer claimed that you pay $1.95 for them to ship information to you and its a travel club where you pay $40 to join and $20 a month after that. You can call the customer service number at anytime to cancel. What alarmed me was when they got to the part about confirming my address and they had a previous address on file and I hadn't made any of those recent purchases since i've moved from that address and I had also made those purchases using a credit card and not using my bank account. I started to ask a bunch of questions then and since I was at work I googled the number and company name and found a message board similar to this one. I told him that it wasn't a good time and he said they would call back. They called back today and I had forgotten about the phone call before so I answered and no one said anything so I hung up. I first googled the area code to see where the call was coming from and since i'm moving to the FL area I thought it might be apartment complex/utility company/new job calling but once again searched the number and remembered the other call.
I am so glad I found this site I'm am sending a cease and desist letter today (certified). I have also alerted my bank about the situation. I don't think they will withdraw any funds because I never confirmed any details. Oh and I also thought its suspicious that they don't deal with credit cards....If they took money from your credit card instead of your bank account the credit card company will reverse the charge no problem and its easy to dispute a charge with the credit card company then it is with your bank (sometimes).- Caller: Travel Life Direct

- peter| 1 replyThis darn number keeps calling me and I am sick of it!! I tried calling the phone company in the area code (727) but no luck. Average citizens in this country get treated like this all the time. If there are any celeberty's out there having this problem, please fix it!! The local phone company or related government agency will listen to you.
Thanks in advance for your help.- Call type: Telemarketer
- Valerie C.The number that came in was 727-252-0515. I haven't answered because I did not reconize the number. They have been calling for a few days at least 2-3 times a day. I'm glad that I looked up the area code and Google took me to this site.
- Yelena replies to KyleWell, I it is not just $40. If you don't cancel it they will charge you $149. And then after you will cancel it they will charge you $60 and will tell you that you didn't cancel it. One more week later another $50 will charged from Lucid company , and this will be like amonthly fee. I never got any package and i was charged without my knowledge. For about a month now i'm trying to get a refund!!! Think yourself!
P.S. I was stupid enough to say Yes, but i hardly understod what they were telling me! - Yelena. They called me and said i won something and to review the offer i just need to pay $1.95. A week later I got a later saying (not asking if I want) that I will be charged $149 for the membership. The later also mentioned that later fees will also apply when i would like to go for a vacation. I called twice to cancel my "free" trial.
A week later i was charged $60. When i called them back to find out what haapende the respond was such "You didn't cancel your free trial". I did it third time; applied for a refund, which i'm waiting for the past month. One more week later I was charged another $50 by some company called Lucid. As it turned out to be those guys pulled two offers at the same time without me realising it. That was a montly charge that i would have gotten in the future i didn't cancel it!!! I possiblly couldn't cancell it since i didn't have the number or any latter from them! I've applied for another refund!

- JoeCheck out this interesting link. It contains personal info including their cell numbers on the crooks that run this company Suntasia/Strategia. The person who posted it has a daughter who is working with a private investigator obtaining information from the "inside" so they can get a class action lawsuit together.

- DanThese people ALREADY HAD my bank account number before I ever answered one of their calls.
In other words, YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS MAY HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM A DATABASE, likely by an experienced hacker. You may need to have your account number changed!
You need to report them to the U.S. Secret Service. The job of investigating telemarketing fraud and theft of financial account information is now theirs. Call the Secret Service during business hours to report or send an email to the Secret Service Miami Task Force. These people are calling out of Florida.
You can also report them to the FTC, but they do not investigate individual complaints.
These people have no products or services to offer. It is all fake. If anyone says otherwise, it's someone working for their company.
At least in my case, they already had my bank account number and personal information before I ever answered the phone. It was STOLEN. These people are CROOKS. They will try to trick you into agreeing to debit your account; if that fails, they may just edit the phone conversation with a computer to make it sound as if you DID agree.
You need to report them to the Secret Service:

Or call your local branch during business hours. - Dan replies to Donald| 1 reply====EVERYONE READ THIS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!===================

Include your name, address, telephone number and complete report of what happened.
Or call your local branch during business hours. - READ THIS, LETS SUE THEM & EMPLOYEEScalled cell, did not answer, unk how they get numbers
BUT as an Atty. they are messing with fire as they could be sued into the ground for violations of the DNC list and a few others (owners as well as employees, contractors, etc..).
I suggest we all (and all the people that add to this great web site --800notes.com) team up and hit them with a class action for various violations in FLA and in Federal Court..if we all donated say $1 to $5 it might be fesible....it seems they have no fear of the Gov (FCC etc...), and although suits take time and hassle, it is worth it for privacy I say!
These people are scum for not respecting people's DNC order....lets also get all the owners and employees information and start calling them and posting their information online so maybe people will stop working for them (as I am sure they lie to them too and it may take some time for a new employee to realize what they are really doing as telemarketing is legal in some situations (existing cust).
Post your thoughts, as if a few hundred were willing to do this, it is possible ---I will check back!

- Becca| 1 replyI get a call from this number at least once a day. I never answer, but they keep calling!
I live in Austin, but have not been out of town lately, and never give my phone number out.
How did this happen!? - brittneI started getting these calls about a week ago. I haven't answered once, but I called back today to see exactly who these people were. When I called a recording said that I had won some prizes, but could press "2" to take my number off of the calling list. Hopefully it works.
- LJHey...I would say if you are tired of them calling please send the cease and desist letter that is posted on page 2 of this forum. I did send it and the calls stopped coming.
- JB replies to DonaldThis company has the audacity to allow its employees to call me non-stop for three days in a row. I informed your their employee that I was not interested in anything she had to offer (I said NO) and she had the nerve to start arguing with me that I couldn't know that I wasn't interested unless I allow her to send me the package. I said NO, end of story!! And how the hell is the company giving me a "free" vacation and asking me to pay for shipping the package? What can they not afford the additional $1.95? Since they already appear to have my account information, I gather that the goal is to call thousands or millions of people, tempt them with the possibility of a "free" vacation, meanwhile collecting $1.95 and any other hidden fees I'm sure that they charge. I am so sick of all these freaking telemarketers disturbing my mornings, afternoons, or evenings with [***]. If it were so important, leave a number and a message. If I was interested, I would call back. The nerve of these people! And the Do-not-call registry is a crock of sh*t, along with the Opt-out number at the bottom of those pre-screened credit offers. I have been on these registries for over a year, and I still get phone class like these and tons of junk mail in my mailbox.
