The Company is Blue Valley Telemarketing.  Call, as other have advised, 785-799-3500.  Ask to speak with someone other than Jennifer (refuses to give out last name) as she claimed to be office manager and did nothing when removal was requested.  They state they have up to 30 days to remove so but if you are NOT a business this is not the law.  They are nasty people and aren't very accomodating so stand your ground.  It took several calls from us to get someone's attention.  We are STILL waiting for our number to be removed.  We average 10 hang ups a day on our multiple lines.  Be professional but firm or you won't get removed.

Calling a cell phone to solicit is illegal.  Document the calles with times and dates and file a complain with the FCC.

Not only have I requested that I not be called (over a week and a half ago) but when I called (becaude they are STILL calling every day) today Jennifer was bitchy, said she had every right to call me and that their do not call list did NOT have to be updated for 30 more days.  [***]!  What a horrible company!

I have been getting calls several times a day for several weeks now. I answer my phone and they hang up. They do not leave messages either. Today I called the number you guys have posted an I asked to speak to someone else other than Jeniffer (she is the one that answered the phone of course!) and she explained to me that there is no one else. She also said that her company was calling me for another company that I do business with. She said she could not tell me who because that is not her part of the "job" but she guaranteed me that BVTM IS NOT a Telemarket Company and that they are doing business FOR someone THAT I DO BUSINESS WITH! I asked her WHY the company I DO BUSINESS WITH would not call me and why they would hire a third party? Makes no sense to me! She also said that the DO NOT CALL LIST THAT I AM ON has nothing to do with her company. She WILL NOT put me on a list so that I do not recieve calls anymore HOWEVER, she took my number so that she could have someone call me back and let me know what company I DO BUSINESS WITH is why they are calling me! Hmmmmm, makes no sense!  LOL.

Just received a call from this number. A woman was calling and conducting a political survey. Normally, I'd yell at the person calling, saying I was on the DNC list ... BUT, because there are some controversial news items relating to local politics, I figured I'd give them a moment of my time and hear what they had to say. I'm sure some political party or "friends of" whomever paid this company to find out what us "everyday people" have to say about this candidate.

Same thing, same phone number. they call on Christmas eve, on Sunday.. they have been calling incessantly for atleast 2 months now, sometimes 3 times a day. I estimate I have gotten around 150 phone calls so far from this number to date. I have answered twice, once the lady asked for the owner or president of the company I told her to cease calling my business cel phone and tying up my line.. the calls continue anyway.
I'm just about to go ballistic and buy a plane ticket once I find out who this is. I wont stand for it!

I really dont think anyone cares about how legal these people are [***], they are incessantly hurrassing people even after being told to stop.
If they'd like to find out the legalities of me attacking someone physically then perhaps they should just continue and send me their address and persons who dont want to listen to my request for them to stop. This is a business phone, they got me, the owner of the company on the line, I told them to stop calling.. thats all the LEGAL they need to know about, the rest will get ugly if it continues. The Do Not Call listing is a joke!!!!

I've emailed this company with my information. I have picked up and spoken with this [***] rep and told them to quit calling and still, over the last 2 months straight I get called atleast twice if not 3 times a day starting at 8:30 in the morning, including weekends.
I just registered with the do not call registry and will file a complaint if it continues but I think making the callee jump through these circus hoops is freaking ludacris. I refuse to call them back, how do y ou like that to the person saying "just call back and have them..." Blah Blah Blah. I made my request, now I'll get ugly. No wonder people go postal!

Yea right! Its obvious to anyone with a little intelligence that all the comments here regarding "the nice lady" on the phone, are ringers for this piece of trash unethical company.
You people are disgusting, quit calling my business cel# like I asked you people to do, like others have asked you to do obviously. I will not call your number and ask you nicely to remove me, its not my job, I am now on the "Do Not Call" list and plan to do whatever I can to make your life miserable as you have done for me.

Its not the private parties responsibility to call anyone back. Shut up idiot! This company needs to be dealt with, period!

I know from working for a Market Resaerch company they aren't goverened by the same laws as a Telemarketer..due to the fact they are not selling anything..they just take surveys.

This advice to you..
When you tell them to take you off their calling list..it is never done they get their phone number by paying for them from the state you reside within usually the Attorney Generals office so even if your on a DO Not Call list you number will be sold to Market Research companies..

Just tell them they are reaching a "Business" or answer with a business name they will code you Business and then it takes up to 30 days to eliminate your number from calling lists..

me too.  i called 785-799-3500 and a woman named jennifer answered.  she was very pleasant, asked me what my phone number was, what phone number was showing up on my caller id, and said "we'll get that taken care of."  they had been calling for a couple days in a row and there was just never anyone there (annoying).  so hopefully it works!

Just received a call from BVTM with phone # 785-799-3500.  A woman asked for me and I said "She isn't available."  (I can usually spot a marketing caller's voice.) I asked to take a message and she said "No message" but added "Is there anyone else who could renew a subscription?"  I told her no.  Here is the rub, I have NO subscriptions to any magazines, newspapers, periodicals nor anything else for which someone should call regarding a renewal!  Besides, my phone number is UNLISTED and has been on the DNC list since its inception -- and yes, I've checked to ensure that it is still listed.  We have a phone line that IS listed but is also on the DNC, and this is the phone number we use whenever a phone number is requested from signing up for something online to writing a check.  This way, Strangely, this wasn't a robo call because a young woman was on the other end.  When she calls again, and we all know she will, I'll question her.  If I get any info, I'll come back and post.  I'll also ask to be taken off the call list!!

How odd that they claim NOT to be a telemarketer when their name is Blue Valley TeleMarketing......  Sheesh, do you think this girl at BVTM even has a clue?

They called our main reception desk (which is on a totally different numbering system as our internal phones).  The person on the phone asked for me by name, and then the receptionist transferred the call to me.  I didn't recognize the number, diverted to voicemail, and they didn't leave a message.
