I called the 3500 after receiving several calls from this company for the past few weeks while I was on vacation.  The woman was very polite and said it would take a few days for me to be removed from their list.  I asked who might be calling as I on registered for DNC list - she said it's either I am a customer of a company they're making calls for or else it's a political survey which is exempt from the do not call list.  Hope this helps!

i just started getting calls from them this past week on my cell phone.  there are doing political polling calls.  the number is based out of ks, and i live in MN!

I used Tuneusin and have been getting plenty of calls. I know its them because I just moved back to the US after living in England for three years.

Tuneusin uses and sells all of your personal information.

I keep getting calls at all hours of the night. Some of these are from Tuneusin others say they got my number from them.

I now get all kinds of pornographic emails and pornographic pictures sent to my cell phone.

I removed the ring tones I down loaded from them but it never stops.

Tuneusin is an owner of Blue Valley Telemarketing.

I keep getting calls from these people.

I also like to fart on elevators and [***] slap homeless people.

I signed up on the national do not call list just this past week because I am sick & tired of getting telemarket calls at all times of the day. I just started receiving this "BVTM #" after I signed up!! Whats the deal do they not get the massage to LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE!!! I answered to tell them to not call & nobody was there.

After calling the 785-799-3500 number, I was told my number would be taken off the list, but it could take up to 30 days. I told the operator that their number is all over the internet for nuisance phone calls. She also told me that political calls were exempt from Do Not Call. I told her that since no one is on the line that these are prank calls, not political. She didn't respond. I then looked up their website and tried to email, which immediately bounced back. While there, I noticed that they are accredited with the Better Business Bureau and have a satisfactory rating. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If enough people file complaints, maybe other people won't have to deal with this.

I've gotten several 'hang up' calls from this company/number.  If you are on the National Do Not Call Registry, go to their website and file a complaint.  I just did and the more complaints they get, the more likely they are to go after them!

The number calls and hangs up.

10:25am local time.  I saw the # on Caller ID & did not answer. No message was left.

This number always calls here and hangs up as soon as you answer or before.

Bvtm is a telemarketing company. i have done ample research on telemarketing calls. This company does not break any rules or regulations from the ftc (federal trade commision). If you are registered, like I am, on the "do not call list", companies like this can call you for surveys, free trade publications, and any company you have done business with within the past 2 years. Its the law. I have further investigated and they have 30 days to remove your name from list or lists, not 1 or 2 like i wish. So hope this information helps you all to complain or not.

received many calls from BVTM, many back to back like every 15 min.  I screen my calls and no message is left.  This is on my landline not a cell phone. Calls started Oct 2008. I'm on the DNC list too.

Thank you for the information on how to contact BVTM.  I called the # you listed and it was answered promptly by a very nice person, who agreed to remove our phone # from their database.  I'm so glad to have found this website!
