I would not like to receive further calls.

Did you try calling 1-785-799-3500? You should be able to talk with someone who can remove your number from their database. Understand that they are working just like you. The company seems to be legit, because I called and had my cell phone number removed from their list. The woman answering the phone was very polite when she answered.

Another thing to consider is that if you see the phone # on you caller ID, the company is probably a decent company. After all, you see their number.

The Do Not Call (DNC) list has certain limitation built into it. You can still get calls from telemarketers even if you are registered on the national list provided that the client is a not-for-profit organization, or a political candidate or party. this company is out of line - they do not remove your number when asked,,, calling them back and annoying them seems to be the only way to get their attention.

Why would they be calling & instantly hanging up daily??

thanks for the 3500 number.  I called this morning and actually spoke to someone who said she would remove my number.  I'll let you know if it doesn't work.

have been calling us for months but when you pick up they hangup. I think they are pre-calling to find out what time of day is best to ensure someone picks up the phone.  they wake me in the morning and bother us during dinner but they never leave a message. we are also on DNC list so this is especially aggravating. I will try calling the number listed to see if it is true that they will remove us from list. thanks for the info.

This number calls my cell phone number every day at 918-576-8739

They keep calling...and calling but leave no message.  I love caller ID !!  If they only knew how much money they are wasting trying to talk to me, they would stop, but they don't.  My revenge is to keep having them pay to call me only to be ignored.

Got two calls today on my cell phone between 12 noon and 1:30 PM USPT, even though I had called a month ago to be removed from the list.

I started getting a call on my cell phone almost to the very day that I put it on the DNC list.  I think they're using that list to call people. When I first looked it up, it said it was a private residence in Wisconsin.

After about four months, I decided to call them when I knew they were closed and left a message on their voicemail, but if I get one more call from them, I am reporting it as violating the FCC's DNC list. (I may do it anyway) I think we all need to do that.  They're supposed to get fined for every call they make to #s on that list.

I don't give my cell# out to anyone as I only use my phone to call out in emergencies.

This company says they're involved in business marketing.  When you call them, they tell you what they do and none of it is for non-profits or political organizations.

I just complained to the FCC and they said you have to have been doing business with them during the last 18 months or have contacted them in the last three months.  If you haven't done any business with them, specifically, it doesn't matter if they got your name off of some list they bought.
