I routed my business number to our local police station . after 3 hang ups the police dealt with it and I have never recieved a call from them again !!!

Have added my number to the do not call list several times, call the number that this company provide and asked to be taken off their call list, and this company still calls!

The lady just keeps calling every day.   She sounds to me to be about 70.   Today I decided I would start asking her kinky stuff to see if she would hang up.   No luck.

You people don't seem to understand the mistake you make when you answer these calls or call them back.  When they call you and do not talk to you but simply hang up it is because they are fishing for working telephone numbers.  Their computer generates hundreds of thousands of possible phone numbers that they have no idea are real working numbers.  When you respond they know it is a working number and you may not be called again from that number but your number is then put on a list that is sold to many telephone marketers and you will then get calls from many different phone numbers.  If you do not respond to their calls the computer will eventually determine that your number is not a working number and the calls will stop.  It may take a while. That's all you can do.  Reporting to the Do Not Call people is a waste of time as nothing will be done about it. This system was created in the hopes that telephone marketers would abide by the law but there simply is no enforcement provision to this program.

I just 2 calls this morning from this number.  First time, they hung up on me when I answered.  It's now going to be going on deaf ears.

I called the 785.799.3500 and asked for my no. To b removed from their calling list. The operator asked me what no. They were calling from. I gave it to her and she said ok. I would b removed.  Took about 30 seconds. Thanks for the info!

YEAH i GOT A CALL FROM 785) 799-3900 TODAY.  Sounds like they are a real Pain, No call list is a big joke . They will call and if you say you are on the NO call List they come back with,  Oh we have a card you signed &  mailed back for us to call Then when you ask them to sent thad card to you they say they will but you never see it. There are many  ways to get around every thing these days Times are different now!!

I wish the government would actually do something and slap these illegitimate companies with a meaty fine, but they just sit around doing nothing, as per usual.

Whoever this is has called every day for the past week.  No answer--after a couple of seconds, just a dial tone.  STOP IT!!!

Yes, it was a toll call, but it was under one minute and worth getting rid of the hassle.

I have had calls at work from this number and once I made the mistake of picking up. I get the impression that they are fishing for times you are likely to be in or fax numbers so other telemarketers can use the information to pester you with sales pitches. Sometimes the only way to deal with such <supply your own nasty word here> is to be more stubborn than they are.

I just called 1-800-882-0803 as someone had mentioned and the lady stated that she would get my number removed from their telemarketing team immediately. Hopefully, she didn't lie to me.  They call me at least 3 times a day and leave about 30 seconds of dead space. Very annoying.

Thanks for the 800 number for bvtm.  I did call and they've removed our number.  We are on the do not call, but apparently some organizations are exempt.  I appreciate your research into finding out who BVTM are and the correct number to reach them!

Got a call from 785-799-3900 even though I am on the Do Not Call list.  The number they called has never been given out to anyone in over 7 years.  It was obvious that they were just harvesting "good" numbers.
