- mate replies to WowoI got a call from that number but it was legit.. I have been having trouble with my computer and have had several people from dell trying to take care of it. I wrote a reply to one of the email saying nothing works so this person from Dell called and he would help me out. It isn't directly from Dell help though but from Dell! Oh well, I hope he can help me out!
- GingerCalled me at 5:20AM, didn't answer the call & they called me again right after the first call. Didn't leave a message on my voice mail. Googled the number & discovered it was Dell. Bought a computer from them 3 years ago.
- Caller: Dell
- http://cellnumber.caThey just called me and leave a message: my Dell computer warranty is about to expire and they offer me to extend it! I hate marketing call!

- K8This number called my backdoor phone# while I was on the other line at work. Backdoor as in unlisted. God knows how they got it... No message left.
- SteveJust got a call from this number 5 minutes ago on my cell phone. They left a voice-mail saying it was Dell and I should call them back.
I had just called Dell yesterday morning to ask a technical question before buying a computer last night.
When I called yesterday, I'm 99% sure it was transferred to a call center in India, due to the accents and the expressions they used in English.
I did buy the computer on-line last night but did not use my cell phone number as a contact, so they must have got my number from my call yesterday, which was made from my cell. And the guy who left the message today sounded the same as the one I spoke to yesterday.
I always forget to block my number when calling these places!- Caller: Dell
- Call type: Unwanted
- ChuckJust bought a laptop for my teenaged daughter. Dell customer service called to see if the product met my expectations and if I had any issues or needs.
- Caller: Dell
- It'sascamWe got a voice mail saying there were problems with the laptop my wife just ordered and to call this person (from India) on his direct line to straighten things out. We have never owned and will probably never own a Dell computer, laptop or otherwise. If this is a Dell marketing ploy, they blew with us big time.
- Caller: Dell Computers (or so they say)
- BobIt's the Dell International Sales number.

- RFisherOrdered a laptop from Dell and used my work number as a daytime contact. A few weeks after the laptop arrived, they call me at work to sell me an extended service warranty. They persistantly kept going back into the pitch after repeated NO's. Finally they told me they tell me they are taking me off there list. I'll beleive that when pigs fly in Bangalor.
- Caller: DELL DIRECT STO

- HudddPhoned my direct business line twice this past Saturday (we are closed on weekends); one at 10 AM and another call at 1 PM. We use DELL but my area just stores equipment purchased from them. No message left.
- Caller: "TOLL FREE CALL"
- Simon| 1 replyCalled at 1:35pm, didn't answer the call and I came directly here to compare with you guys.
I'm in Canada, and they left a message about a "problem with my computer". Now, I'm a computer expert and there's no way I would call them for help. I just DON'T have problems with my computers. They called last week and when I asked them who they were calling they said a [***] name. If that's marketing, then marketing looks like phishing to me now! - Simon replies to SimonI would add: Please be careful not giving ANY personal infos to them. Make sure they are calling YOU by stating your name, address and what you bought from them. Unless they can answer those questions, you'd better gather all the infos you can about them and file a complaint.
- I bet... replies to jobseekerJobseeker,
If your story was true you wouldn't be here lookig up the number. Please stop the sales calls. You can see from all complaints that people don't like these calls. Especially people on the DNC list. Maybe your company can legally get away with the harrasment but those of us who have taken the time to list our numbers DON'T WANT THESE CALLS!!!! - AndyWasn't home, got a call and they left a creepy voicemail of someone breathing...
- aquaDell, left message "Mohab" from Dell, PC warranty about to expire, used Engrish language.
