I have received phone calls from this number and they don't leave messages. When I returned the call, it was DISH.

I will be sending DISH Network a small package of value in the mail shortly.

Got a call from this number today. They have called earlier too using different numbers. They say they are from Dish but the call is from India (I know their accent). Do not just hang up on them - give it back to them, scream and shout at them. Tell them you know they are scammers.

Scammers from indian call centers spoofing this numbers and calling people. SCAM

Got a call from 1-8000-333-3474.  Some guy, I think maybe Indian, mumbling something I could not understand.  I asked him to repeat himself and I still could not understand what he said, something about me confirming something.  I told him I could not understand what he was saying and asked him why he was even calling my number, told him not to call again and he hung up.  As a previous comment said, there was background noise that would not have been coming from an office setting.  It sounded more like a bar or a game  room. I always answer unfamiliar numbers to determine their purpose for calling.  This was my first and last call from them, I will not answer that number again.

11/30/15 10:24 PST  Don't know number and ID Unknown so didn't answer.  Only message was a voice coming on the voice mail after the obvious auto dial sound saying "Hello?" and seeming to expect an answer.  Have no idea who this actually was or what they wanted.  Wish I could be more informative.

For about a year I've been getting about one call per day, where the caller, after several (or 30) seconds finally hangs up without saying anything.  But for the past two days, she is saying "Goodbye" in a "loving" voice before hanging up, and the number displayed is 800-333-3474!  Strange.

Just received a call from 00-333-3474.  I did not answer and they left no message.

I guess that is Dish Networks phone number 800 333 3474. They just called & I did not answer. I don't know why they are calling me. We have had service with them for 17 yrs.

Obviously a call center so much chatter he didnt even notice I had answered the phone for several minutes then said "sh?t I got nothing"

This number called when I was out. Left no message. Shows as Dish Network. I do not have Dish Network service and I am on the both my state and federal do not call lists.

Got a call from 732-965-3474 saying Dish needed to update receiver to make it compatible with outside satellite...asked for first two numbers on menu screen which I gave to her.  (sounded weird)  Then asked for my account password which I did not give.  Also asked for last four numbers of SS# which I did not give.  She tried to set an appointment for a "technician" to meet with me.  I told her I was unavailable to meet with anyone morning or evening.  I asked for a number to call back.  She gave me 800-333-3474 and told me to ask for Elisha when I called.    (wonder if she is the only one working for the company)??????????

That's impressive. They'll stop for sure.

These nutwipes called me today. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer the phone. The Caller ID information: 1-800-333-3474. Company: Dish Purch Corp. There was no message. Probably a scammer. By the way, Dish is on the news, being investigated for making millions of illegal telemarketing calls. The fine per each "illegal" call is quite a chunk of change. And think about it: multiply millions, maybe billions, of people who have received such calls by the amount of the fine(s). *sigh* I'd be happy if somebody just made the calls stop.

I didn't cancel my directv just downgraded my package. Now I'm getting calls from Dish. Coincidence, I think not.

Blocked them.  I do not use the phone call service.  I never wish to have dish again..

Got the call today, didn't answer, no message. Caller ID showed Dish Network. I've never done business with Dish Network, no reason for them to be calling.

Called twice today, 1 minute apart.  I was on the phone when they called. After I hung up, caller ID showed two calls from this number. One was from Dish Network, the second was Out of Area. Same phone number tho.

This is a scam.They told me there were going to repoint the satalite and I was going to loose my service if I dindn't have a tech come to my house with a new reciever. Called Dish, this is not Dish TV.
