Your A [***]! replies to jus me
Seriously?? There is a reason you sit behind a desk annoying people! because oyu have no people skills to speak of to do anything else!

I owed $10.00 that was a measly month late (as of yesterday when I paid it then some!) between March 28th and today alone I had TWENTY EIGHT calls on my home and cell phone! for TEN dollars?? seriously??  Surly you have bigger fish to fry, as I know I do.

As for as willing to work with you, that is laughable at best, I am currently unemployed, looking for owrk and have a tax bill that takes precedence, yet you wanted everything but my first born to 'review it' before considering reducing my interest to help me make my payments on time/

P.S. typing in all caps makes you very unprofessional, as the people in your call centres making the calls.  Telling me you can't leave the name of the company you are calling from for privacy purposes is silly because other companies do it.

You want to call me about a $10.00 bill, pick up the phone call me personally and if I don't answer leave a detailed message like everyone else like your.  you can't leave the name of your company on a voice mail for legal reasons, yet you think it is proper protocol to call 28 times in the span of a week! Morons!

Received a LETTER ON [what looked like] CHASE LETTER HEAD with the 800-424 -5004 number to call because our account was overdue and we were going to be turned into credit bureau.
Since, we knew that we had paid…
I looked online and called Chase directly.
    This is a fraudulent letter.
Chase and any other bank would never put a number to call on an email or in a letter….because of fraud.  Any correspondence would say to call the number on the back of your credit card!
    Be safe.

This is not chase. Call chase with the number from the phone book or online or 411.

Yes, am late on my Chase CC payment, I've got ALL the emails and don't need to be harassed during dinner with my family.  Is that why there's never any voicemail left so we won't have proof of harassing emails.  Check's in the mail, in the meantime, I've blocked this and other chase-related numbers.

"lucy" posted here in 2007.  I think 14 years after the fact is way too late to report it to the FTC, don't you?  Wait, maybe you thought that "lucy" would stop back after all that time to read your lame advice?  Also, News Flash!  The FTC does not have jurisdiction in other countries.  Plus you even failed to read (you can read can't you?)

I got a letter exactly like it is coming from Chase Bank, stating that I am late on payment. To avoid late fees, call this number right away.  When I called, it is all recording.  After I put in my address, card number and other information, it says no information were found and then the call ended.  Big scam through postal mail, which looks exactly like it's from Chase.  Never call the number on the postal mail regardless how real it looks like.

I got this same number saying I owe 90 dollars.  They ask me the last four digits of my social security number to look up account.  I said No.  They repeated they could not look up my account without it.  Hang up.............That what I did.

Maybe it is and maybe it isn't but that that doesn't mean all calls are actually from Chase. Or have you somehow never heard of phone number spoofing? And why are you even here? Do you often look up known phone numbers when there's no logical reason to do so?
