- John replies to meIlet's band and make a class action lawsuit against Bell Canada, they ruined my whole summer.
Contact me at hmstar@sympatico.ca
Thanks - John| 1 replyThis is the second time I got a call today by the collection (perception) department of Bell Canada, the number listed on my call display screen is
1-800-477-92-05, and the girl rep there kept saying to me, that it was an automated message that I was getting, she had not much of a speaking (properly) skills, she was confusing me, instead of understanding my situation, although she was not rude directly, she was not very explanatory, and the way she explained to me all this, was just redundant, I had gotten such a call, by a Mr. Benoît just a few days ago to say the same thing, and he did not even have the investigation number as a note, saying my account was under investigation, since it's been tampered with, by probably the same harrassing girls who work at Bell Canada, these girls, look into my private information and changed things, many times without my consent, they used my confidential to call me many times to harrass me at home, on weekends, at night, anytime, under different guises, they were not calling as Bell Canada reps, this harrasment, and fraud combined as ruined my whole summer, and I will sue them, it would be wonderful if we could band together and make an irrefutable class Action lawsuit against Bell Canada, contact me at : hmstar@sympatico.ca, or call me at 450-835-2903 name is john. I will not consider callers who call me and block their phones lines, you must call me and not block your number, you must understand I've been harrassed by many callers (mostly young women callers) so if you vlock your number i will not consider your call serious.
Thank you.- Caller: Bell Canada ????

Thanks - BonzillaThis number has been calling me at least 5-10 times a day never leaving messages until today, it was a woman speaking French and laughing. I decided to google the number and found this page. Having had a bad day I decided to take things into my own hands and call back. A woman answered and I told her about my message, she asked for my number and I gave her a fake one. She said she couldn't find the number and would transfer me. I got angry and told her I know it's a scam. She ignored everything I said and "transfered" me aka hung up on me. I called back again and got a trashy sounding b!tch! I told her I got a message and was wondering why bell was calling since I don't gave a bell account. She swore up and down it was bell and that I probably owe money. I asked her for the headquarters address just to see what she'd say and I could hear her face getting red. She told me she didn't have to disclose that information. Then I ripped her a new one and told her they better stop calling me. So of they do, my new game is to harass them and let them know what s.o.b's they are and how sick they're scam is. I'm sure it doesn't work on most people but I'm also sure this elaborate set up is scamming innocent people. I called bell and asked about it. The guy wasn't too sure about the number but said if it's bell calling that I would know and that they would have all my information ready when they call. So call crime stoppers or the police and hopefully they'll do something eventually but for now I say we f*ck with them back. It's a great way to get some anger out!!!

- PoseidonHi,
today I have received 2 phones calls from this number on my cell phone. Strange because...my provider is not Bell and I have NEVER given my cell phone number to Bell as a secondary number ! I have not answered the phone calls by ID caller said it was from this number.- Caller: none
- PoseidonHello,
- nigel replies to JOHNi agree with your comment , our bill is outrageous!!!! nigelmahabir900@msn.com
- nigel| 6 repliesthat is bell credit dept!! not a fraud!!! 1-800-477-9205 that number only calls when you are late on your payments . so it is wise to answer the call before they disconnect you for avoiding the message.

- youngspoiler| 3 repliesI work at bell but quite frankly it's just a job to me, I understand a lot of people have concerns about that number and the reason why I'm here is because a customer just mentionned to me that he saw that number on a website calling it a fraud...really?! I mean when you guys get a bill every month and you're late, what is the number at the bottom that they ask you to call? some of y'all went on the website and acknowlegde having seen the number but you still doubt! Alright, so next time why don't you guys just dial 310-bell and asked to be transferred to credit dept? But be patient because going through that number means at least a good 20 mns of being on hold and that is exactly why bell has several numbers for different departments; for those who say that they have talked to rude bell agents, let's just put it that way: there will always be [***] and incompetents at any level of society and those being the ones you will always remember ;)

- AnnoyedThis number has called me about 5 times daily and never left a message! If it is Bell then leave a message for me to call you back. I have called the number back and got "your call cannot be completed as dialed" Okay so if you are calling from Bell then why is it not ringing back to Bell. If it is Bell they can kiss my ass! I shut all of my services down except for the cell, which I still have, and months after I shut everything down and paid huge bills for doing so I get bills, for UFC services from months prior and well after my salelite service was even shut off. They stock pile them and then send you a bill months after you purchased to pay for it and then call when you can't pay the bill because they have decided to ask for hundreds all at once when it was their [***] that withheld putting it on other bills previous.
- TequilababsI've also been receiving calls from this number. So far, whoever this is, Bell Canada or not, has called about 7 times today, each time leaving no message on my voice mail. My personal policy is I refuse to call anyone back that doesn't leave a message. If it was really that important, they would have left a message. Now, reading all these posts about strange phone calls from this number, I'm not sure whether it's really Bell Canada or not.

- Tequilababs replies to Bell Collections Senior AgentI have checked out the link you've given and it is, in fact, Bell Credit Service that utilizes this number.
I have also received calls from this number and my only comment is that Bell Credit Service should train their employees to be a lot more professional on the phone and actually get people who can enunciate and speak properly. I understand it's a credit service department and they are only doing their job to "collect" unpaid debts so I expect snippiness and terse remarks. What I am surprised at is how unprofessional these people are. I've had a gentleman call me and he'd be laughing and joking with other people in the office while talking with me. I've had staff call me who are so inarticulate that I couldn't understand a word they said. And, lastly, if it was really that important for them to call me 7 times in one day (yes, seven times in one day) they should leave a bloody message! I have a personal policy that I never call any 1-800 numbers back unless they leave a message. - PaulineThis telephone number keeps calling 6 to 8 times per day and once we pick up they hang up. When we tried to call them to speak to a manager they end up hanging up on us.
- MelanieGet a fog horn and whisper when they call. Claim you're having a really hard time hearing them so they turn up the volume on their end to high, since they think there's a bad connection and they can barely hear you. Then slip on some stong earplugs and earmuff and blare the horn in their ear.
They will cry and scream in Indian and hang up! Woot!- Caller: Bell

- Watch out!I did indeed receive a call asking to phone 1-800-477-9205. No question, these "guys" are scam artists. I live in Northern Ontario, but have good reason to believe the call originated from Quebec. An operator actually introduced the caller, stating, "Okay, go ahead!" That was my first red flag, a broken English, heavy French accent caller, was the second flag.
