Second day I've received a call from a correctional facility to accept a collect call. I don't know anyone in a correctional facility. This is either spam or someone has the wrong number, either way I don't want anymore calls.

Got this call this evening.  Wanted my billing information and to call 877-650-4249 to opt out. Don't know anyone in jail and will not call, then they know there is a live one. Blocked and reported.

Then why did it say it won't cost me any money. Says I need to call this other number to confirm. Then the number that called me yesterday was a 740 nber saying the same thing and today it was this number.

Mary posted here in 2013. 6 years later you think she will be back to answer you?  This is obviously a scam being run by criminals from within the system.  Of course it is going to cost you money, crooks don't do anything for free you know.

Its a scam! Got 3 different calls in 24 hours from 3 different jails. They do leave messages.

This call number, call me many times like the an other number i reported already, this is the likely scams, trying like fraud, like stolen your bank account , I don't believe this is a call from the corrections jail whatever it's, again authorities have to investigate this number come from?

I understand that but this can also be a scam... I have received this call to abd not except it because I dont know anyone with the name that they are say it is calling.  Had the same thing happened about a yr ago... Same name used...

My God, how long does it take before somebody shuts down this scam! This is beginning to rival Total Quality Logistics for its persistent annoyance.

This phone number call me many times, trying to get my personal information, to trying stolen my Identity, and stolen probably my money from my bank account.

Guy keeps calling my wife from Northern  Regional Jail in West Virginia. She don’t want these calls from him. Dude has the hots for her and got her number from a “friend” of hers. How do I block this number from calling her.
