- BobA Mr. Ricky Kincer (said he was calling from St. Louis,) gave a return number (1-800-521-3236, Ext 4482) and was reasonably sincere and pleasant. He spoke about a neighbor individual, referring to name and address and explained that he was unable to make telephone contact with the neighbor, a problem with the phone or the number, he said, and asked that I relay some information as it was extremely urgent he get in contact with the individual. When I became suspicious of an individual with an "800" number and as to why he contacted me, he assured me that he would not call me again.

- had enoughMy wife just got a call from this number asking for my sister who lives in another state. My wife told him she doesn't live here and then the rudeness started. They asked for her number and my wife said "what company are you calling from and what is this in regards to?" They hung up on her like everybody else on here. Here's the kicker. Then, my cell phone rings same 800 number asking for my sister. I just spoke to my wife about this call. I just said hugh and what alot and the guy asked me if I was hearing him o.k. and I said yes, I'm just waiting for my computer to lock on to your location. Strange he hung up on me to. Scams and Telemarketers are so bad at our new house (even with Do not call) we have our ringer off. My wife just happened to click over. Where is our goverment and our privacy rights?

James Beall, extremly rude, calls me a liar, says I should not have a home to live in, everything wrong with the world is my fault, I had perfect credit until just a few months ago. this guy has called my family, my ex employer (who is also a competitor) and i look at this causing loss of revenueto my company and he has called my office, a huge amount of calls daily from a variety of numbers, one after the other again and again. this company deserves to be filed on. - someone who knows replies to Pnutchandlercall them back and deal with the issue the best that you can. Your hiding is causing all of the problems
- someone who knows replies to Laceyyou probably just aquired the phone number of someon who owed money and shut their phone off. I'd get a new number. Talking to the people works but is very time consuming.
- someone who knows replies to Delta Dawn| 1 replySome of them are bitter, but you have to understand that people lie to them all day long. It's hard to tell over the phone if it's a lier or not. They are just trying to contact the person intended, the information they are trying to gather is so that they may contact that person. They are not doing anything with "your information". Just help them contact whoever and offer to help your relative or associate with his/her finacial misfortune.
- Rita| 1 replyI rec'd a call from a man or monster by the name of MAX WHEELER looking for my brother that works with me...I told him that he comes in very early and comes back in very late...that i have left his messages for him...Wanted a cell phone number for him and I told him that I do not give that number out especially while they are at customers houses working, then he had the BALLS to ask me for the name of our CUSTOMERS where our employee is going to be working, so he could leave a message there, he thought he might be able to get ahold of him there...I told him he was NUTS...I could not even believe he would ask me for that...That is the craziest thing I have ever heard in my entire life...I said OK let me make sure that I heard you correctly...YOU WANT ME TO GIVE YOU THE NAME OF OUR CUSTOMERS SO YOU CAN TRY TO LOCATE HIM THERE...NO I WILL NOT AND TOLD HIM TO HAVE A GOOD DAY. Very STRANGE...Avoid them like the plague...The number he left the other day was a 636 # today it was 1-800-521-3236

- daveI'm getting mesaages from them too, calls for a person I don't know (Stephanie Mills). The last time I had this happen (same company? I don't know) I called the number provided, explained in no uncertain terms (and a really bad attitude) that I didn't know her, and to stop <expletive deleted> calling me. They told me they didn't have to listen to my insults or profanity, then hung up on me. Funny thing - they never bothered me again, until this latest bout with a different name. If they ever reach me in person, that'll be my strategy this time too.

- * replies to How to Make Them Stop| 58 repliesThe very best way to make them stop calling is to COMPLAIN TO THEIR CLIENT.
FOR EXAMPLE: CONTACT JP MORGAN-CHASE BANK directly!!!
Especially contact Chase Bank.... Complain to Chase Bank, loud, often, verbally and in writing!

Check with the Dept of Labor, too. - #3125It seems that when the original Owner-Managers stepped aside and turned the company completely over to Hired-Managers and Underlings that the company "Motto" and 'Method of Operation' also changed from "I am Responsible" to "Who can we Blame"...
