I keep being optimistic about changes I hear about on the government level, and thank goodness for 60 minutes making a story about this B.S. that we all have to put up with. On a limited budget I try to keep ALL expenses down, and now have that Consumer Cellular, and my monthly charges are at or below @25.00, but calls from places like this really make me angry as they steal my phone money... But let's all carry on and fight the [***] who live on the spoils of stealing from us over the phone lines.

They do not listen to facts about invalid charges from their clients. Even thought their clients have corrected their records and voided the invalid billings NRA still wants to try to collect to cover their claimed costs.

The caller states that the call is being recorded. My response is that the call is being recorded. Caller response is to disconnect the call.
