The caller states that the call is being recorded. My response is that the call is being recorded. Caller response is to disconnect the call.

Oh please u guys  have been trying to collect on Debt that u know legally u can't win due to illegal collection practices as well as statue of limitations..
I've been called with threats of legal action & still have not been served then I even call the court house & ask is their any complaints filed against us & they come back with the answer of no..
The debt these collection agencies are trying to collect are majority 15 years old..
They can't show proof that the debt was ours nor can they show proof of us giving them consent to sell our debt to 3rd party which Debt collectors are considered 3rd Party ...The calling from 15 different fake numbers & the agent calling not leaving their name or fake name make debt collector sound fishy as well as the whole call us back on the number of ur caller ID which is a guessing game within it's self bc when u have various missed calls from various numbers all claiming to be debt collector for the same debt it's give y'all less credibility that it's a legitimate debt ..
