- ToddThis is a sub company of Macy’s that is calling if you are running late on payments. I never received my card or statement, so glad they called in a way. At least they removed all the extra fees, and I just paid what I originally should have owed.
Not sure if I’ll ever purchase again. Especially on a Macy’s card, since they can’t get a statement to me, even after verifying my address.- Caller: Sub company to Macys
- Call type: Debt collector
- SarahThey keep calling and not leaving a message. It says Macy's on the caller ID. I've read these other posts and no one at this residence has ever had a Macy's card.

- privateThey have aggressively called, several times a day, for several days. My Macy's charge card is paid in full and has never been late. I don't believe this is a legitimate call.
- Caller: Macy's
- JGot an, obviously blurry screenshot printed, letter from CITI/Macy's. It says they needs information updated on my Macy's AMERICAN EXPRESS card. The only info on is to call 1800 545 1256 and an ext. number. It was sent via UPS and in a large letter format envelope not the typical small white envelopes used all the time. Just be careful everyone it it looks weird or really low quality something is wrong.

- Bric| 1 replyYou people just know how to ask for a late fee courtesy everytime but totally horrible in paying your debts on time. Some type of [***] telling its a scam when in fact its a legit number tryna help u with ur irresponsibility.

- Resident47 replies to BricA "legit number" does not equal a legitimate caller, you mock muckraker. A high percentage of complaints here, running back several years, concerns collection attempts from people with either no due balances or any account history. Try cleaning your own house before judging who's been "responsible".

- Caller: Macy
- LizI got a call from a 707 same number, finally called back because they've been calling every day. Supposedly it's from Macy's credit department. After reading these experiences from others, I realized it's a scam. I haven't had one of their cards since the 1990s and I never owed any money. I blocked the number.
- Caller: Macy's credit department
