I too received 2 phone calls from this number 20 minutes apart. The first one left a msg. which i did not listen to until i received the 2nd one, i declined that call. Then I saw the msg. and it told me what others have been told go to the web site and verizon would take i think 203.00 dollars off my bill. That would be nice of verizon since i don't use their service.lol. I was born at night but not last night. I guess some people maybe older would fall for this and they should be put under the jail. Sorry people

Each of my lines got a phone call about saving 203.00 by going to vz203.com I am calling to report it. I am certain it is a phishing scam.

have recieved these calls since i called into verizon to complain about my billing, because it is wrong, now instead of the girl calling me back like she said, i am getting these calls saying to go to a web site to get 200 plus dollars back off my bill. I know better that to do, but how come if verizon is aware of this they have not stopped it???? severe fraud....misrepresentation...impersonating...deception to defraud consumers out of money and identities...seems to me that the feds should be on this by now....ohhhhh wait they are more concerned about politics than protecting the public from fraud home and abroad....with todays technology, they can listen to our conversations while we are sitting and having supper yet they cant stop this crap!!!????

Before you post something like that, learn how difficult it is to trace a bogus phone number through several countries, phone service providers, and hostile or non-cooperative countries.

Furthermore, it is MUCH easier to intercept and tap into a call these days than it is to determine the exact location or phone from which the call originates or the real identity of the callers.

So, yeah, let's drop the entire business of the government and devote the entire resources of the NSA to save you the trouble of learning how to block calls.  Those resources should instead be spent solely on people like you who can't be bothered to learn enough to know how to take care of themselves.

I had 2calls from this number 1st was at 12:58pm and 1:18pm central time. Didnt answer and no message was left..

The Firefox browser blocked the websize www.vzw153.com with the following message:
"This web page at www.vzw153.com has been reported as a web forgery and has been blocked based on your security preferences."

The domain name VZW153.com used by this scam is registered on 31-Oct-2013 at MELBOURNE IT (Australia's domain name registration company)  through Yahoo's myprivateregistration.com.

Different names have been used  but this address and phone number are identical to the one used by old scams even in 2008!  

Be careful, there are many bad guys out there.  Yahoo and other tech companies are widely open for business with the bad guys.

Husband and I both have had numerous calls like this.. Once they claimed we could get 403 taken off this was a month ago, then today again and now they are saying 203 like the rest of you.. Where do you go to report this!??

FAKE! Tells me to go to vzw203.com. Site look ALMOST like the real one; however, asks for the billing pin. Knew it was wrong right there!

Looks like it is the same address/PO box as number listed on this site before...

Called me couple of times. Wish I knew how to report them.

I got a call from this too.  What I do with scams like this is save it as a contact on my cell, label it "Phish Verizon Scam" (or whatever is appropriate for other scams), and set the ringtone to "No Ring".  Then they can waste their money calling, I won't hear it.

Annoying message that came to all of my cell phones on the family plan, apparently Verizon has a leak of information.  Is there any integrity left in the world?

I received 2 calls within 30 minutes. Phishing!

Received same message offering $203 off my next bill as a credit.  There has to be something that can be done.  An elderly neighbor lost over $50,000 to this same type of scam and are still waiting for their promised 1,000,000,000 check in the mail.  The authorities can do nothing about it as most of these numbers are coming from other countries such as Jamaica--it is a shame our authorities say they cannot protect us from out of the country fraud.
