This one is one of my personal best. I kept them on the line for over 19 minutes trying to direct me to how they could take control and mix my computer. He finally said. "You are playing with me arent you?" I said "yes I am". He said "You are a liar" I said "yes I am"
They some how find it unfair when you lie to them. Oh the irony.

This number is for Microsoft Customer Support, but it is not Microsoft calling.  The phone number is spoofed.  Verified this by calling Microsoft to find out why they are calling me. So if it isn't Microsoft, who could it be????  Did not leave a message (surprise!).

Voice mail: A male voice, with a lot verbal background noise, said hello a half dozen times, nothing else. If this is Microsoft, they need to fire this jerk for lack of professionalism.

Scammers are spoofing Microsoft number. Just got a call from this number 5 minutes ago. Said they were providing $9000 government grant on random US citizens with no recent bankrupcy claims and proceeded with his script. The guy did not expect me to disrupt his script and ask him multiple questions and the guy just dropped the call. They basically struck out at the start because they were calling a resident foreigner and not a US citizen.

Got different calls during the day on my other mobile phone, this time for a $7500 grant and $3000 grant. The difference is my other mobile number is fairly new and I'm not even listed in the billing address. My number is only posted on several job sites when I updated my personal information. As to which job site they access, I can only guess as I've updated more than 10 job sites (LinkedIn, monster, dice, climber, StartWire, CareerBuilder, CandidatePoint and Beyond to name a few).

SCAM< SCAM< SCAM!!!! They are now claiming to be from the US government. It is obviously a "boiler room" as I can hear many other voices in the background. Informed them I would be contacting the Attorney General and caller got very abusive and threatening. Had a strong eastern accent and was hard to understand. Played along and provoked him till he started speaking (swearing?) in his native language. At that point I started laughing put down the phone and walked away ... it's there damn dime anyway....

Caller wanted access to my personal computer.  Would not take no for an answer.  Rude and obnoxious.  Kept repeating, people from foreign countries are trying to get into your computer, but he had a heavy accent albeit Indian, Pakastain or something else.  Really, foreigners trying to hack my computer, but yet you are foreign...go figure that
