They are scams....I received the same packet here from Embrace homeloans $271,050 in a guaranteed 4.50% fixed rate & if they do not receive my acceptance,they MUST offer this $$$$ to another homeowner.Be aware.U will get more DEBT.

the following address are what i found attached to the packet i received i believe there to be more company names attached to this address with the same suit number and i do not know for sure if this is a scam but in my experience dealing with scammers more than one company with the same suit number is probably a good scam in the making. maybe some of you can get some other answers with this information. all have different phone numbers with the same address and suit number. hmmm?

Same deal but phone # 800 644 3327 is for company called Embrace. That settles it.....into the trash.

Shadow?  This is a name for someone who wants to make the company they work for sound legit???? Hmmm, lets make an out in the open name for me...how about "not buying it?"  
I would like to know WHERE the company gets the info they have to contact us with these booklets.  I did not contact them.  We recently went through address changes here, I did not give it to them, yet they have it.  I also wonder just how the ID number we were assigned was arrived at.  I don't know if any of you payed attention to ....  but I did.  BIG HUGE HONKING RED FLAG!!!!
To those who still have that envelope or booklet that was sent to them, take a good hard look at the ID number assigned to you.  It might have an insignificant digit or two placed here or there, but does it look familiar to you???  Not going into details but I would wonder WHERE THEY GOT THAT NUMBER FROM...Nuff said.  I would sign my real name to this because I believe in doing that, but I have to wonder just how much info they have on me already.

My mother got the same thing, 271,050, heres states it is an FHA Loan from Embrace,  this looks like a scam.
You would be much better served to go to a local  bank or credit union.

I got the same offer up to $271,050, fixed rate 4.75, same number 800-644-3327.   When you really need help and the options are limited, this offer seem like the answer to your prayers., Until I saw this blog. THANKS; I probably would have gotten SCAM.....NEVER TO LATE..........

I too got a brochure offering me $271,050 and you could pay off your house and any credit cards or make repairs etc.  I was going to call until I looked at all the postings.  I sure am glad everyone else sees this for what it is a SCAM...

Embrace is an approved Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac seller, a Ginnie Mae issuer offering FHA/VA products, an originator of community development & USDA Rural Development programs, and an active member in the Mortgage Bankers Association.  I personally am in the process of obtaining a FHA mortgage with 4% interest.....well down from the 7 I pay now.  Nice people.  It is legit.  They have branches all over.....do your research instead of just thinking you know it all.

I am looking at my offer....phone # says 1-800-644-3327  That's the number I called and reached Embrace Mortgage.......talked to a real person.  All legit.  Don't know what you received.

I received the same offer a Company called Embrace promising me $271,050 or more with a fixed rate of 4.375% and it did sound to good to be true, I refuse to reply I check around myself and discovered  the zip code it was mailed from does not match any of the zip listed for this company, but thanks for the heads up we need each other to save what we have left.

Not a scam...600 employees in business since 1983 with 18 branches offering government insured loans VA, FHA, USDA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (conforming) for purchase or refinance 1-4 units. A+ BBB rated.
