I actually called last night... It seemed to good to but wanted to get info. The person answered directed me to another caller that never appeared. I then called back, the same person answered and directed me again. No person appeared. I read this info, I won't call them back... Sounds like a scam to me, if they call me back I will say [***] you to them

My husband got the flyer and has been working with a loan officer for the past two weeks. We have paid and got the appraisal on our house done. But after reading all of these comments, I am freaking out because our loan officer is not good at answer her calls or returning calls when messages are left and she is not good at providing information to us. I saw the BBB report and thought it would be okay. Now they have our payment for the appraisal and all of our personal information and I am not sure what to make of it. Nothing seems to be in the works to get the ball rolling. How did it turn out for you?

Your message is the only one I have read about this company that is comforting. I have already given them my money for the home appraisal and it has been done. But it seems to be taking a while to get the ball rolling on anything else happening. My husband has excellent credit so this is not an issue. I am just a little freaked out by the comments I am reading and scared as well. My loan officer is not great about calling back after messages are left or giving us important information. Are you a real person and you really did receive your loan with no problem?

This is very helpful to me because I am already in this because I have paid for and had the appraisal done and now I cannot get my loan officer to call me back with simple questions, like "how much is my actual loan amount" and how much are my closing fees going to be. I clearly understand that not everyone qualifies for the $400,000 and I certainly would not be able to pay that back in a lifetime. I just wanted enough to consolidate some bills. And yes my home is 50% paid off. But its sad I had to learn this from reading your information and cannot get the loan office to return my calls to answer these simple questions.

I also got an embrace offer of loan amount for $271,050 are they saying the fixed rate is 3.85%? It sounds great but I have had so many people try to rip me off, I looked in to this. There are real offers out there, so if it sounds too good to be true it is.

You are so right!!! I would advise the same Run!!! Funny how the only positive comes from their current employee, I worked for them and didn't get a mortgage then nor would I get one from them now...

I received same offer. I've been trying to talk to one of the so called reps that i just talked to last week  and i  keep getting transferred to someone and it goes to voicemail everytime. I asked to speak to an available person but still get transferred to a voicemail. I haven't given any info maybe its a sign.  hmmmm

I have being getting this mail for the last year every 3 month or so. They have on the second page the name Embrace Home loans, I look up at bbb complaints and it seems it is just like any other loan company they will check your credit report , they will try to find a bank for you they will charge you for closing and it will take as long as needed. So for me it's not such an awesome company. And there is a $300 charge for apraissel.... I said not thanks!

I just called the 18006443327 number. I received an acceptance card in the mail, the lady turnrd rude and would not listen to what I had to say, no wonder so many people are loosing their homes,these rich overpaid bankers don't have to worry where they are going to sleep tonight or eat tommorrow.

January 2012...they are still at it. Got my packet today. Same amount...271,050. Yeah, right. And my rich uncle in Zimbabwe left me cash in his will.
