I know what your talking about we just went thru the same stuff with them. I called the Presidents call number for complaints and got a call the next day. So I told them the problems that I was having and i'm waiting to see what they do? I will go somewhere else soon... I also turned them into my attorney generals office for not wanting to help us or even try and help.

They are calling me at my work but not my home.I know I am current on all debts and do not owe this.

The number is a Wells Fargo number and that is the beauty of the scam that needs to be investigated.  Scammers are using real legit numbers to show up on your call id and the rest is public information and a phone call to you. "Caller ID Spoofing" is the method to mask a number with another. Scammers use this method to convince you that a legitimate financial institution or company is calling you. They use it to solicit financial and personal information. Internet sites offer this service inexpensively to anyone without the regards that it is being used to perpetrate fraud.

I am getting calls and don't even have loan from them or anything else!

Where did you get ahold of the Presidents phone number to call?   I am in my second attempt with the HAMP loan modification program and thought I as going to have a stroke on the phone.   I have NEVER had a return phone call from my home preservation specialist (Robert Barslou) and was just told today by the lovely form letter that my loan modification has been pulled from review for failure to submit paperwork, even though I have the fax report copies indicating otherwise.    Guess what....I am supposed to talk with Robert!   Apparently he is the only one who can help me.    what the other 8 customer service reps I have spoke too are trained to do is beyond me.

I do not want calls from this number.

This is from Wells Fargo Home Morrgage....they keep calling here and I don't have a mortgage with them... how annoying!

The call shows up as TOLL FREE CALL on caller ID. It should show up as "Wells Fargo".
Why would they want to hide that information?

I haven't been able to make my payment yet this month, that is why they are calling.
Their system starts leaving the message before the recorder starts on my voice mail system
so I always end up with an incomplete message and don't know who is calling.
But, it is easy to Google the calling number to determine who it is.
I'll be making the payment soon and they will stop calling.
I am listing this as a Debt Collector but it really is only a kind reminder call.

I receive MULTIPLE calls from this company each day, but I do not have a mortgage or any type of account  with Wells Fargo and never have.  I tried to call and get taken off of their list, but they say that they can't help me without me giving them my social security number. Um, sure... I have no idea who you are and you want me to volunteer that information? I'm blonde, but not dumb.  They can keep getting my answering machine!

Hey Wells Fargo, quit harassing me! Multiple phone calls every single day is really not necessary.
Next time I need a mortgage I won't be calling you! I have not missed a payment in over ten years,
give me a break.....a few may not have been exactly on time but it has never gone beyond 30 days.

This is a place of business and we are besiged with calls from this number.  I finally spoke with one of the reps and told her I thought they are a scam operation.  She told me they are with Wells Fargo Mortgage Company but told me she would take our number off if I was sure we didn't have a mortgage with them.  I told her of course not and she said maybe one of our employees did.  I pointed out that I would have no way of knowing since they couldn't give me a name.  Funny they want you to give them an account or social security number when they can't even give you a name of the person they are supposedly calling "to collect a debt" so I would say this is definitely a scam.

This number calls me at least 2 times a day and never leaves a message, and no-one answers if i pick up. I hear this is wells fargo, and I have absolutely no dealings with them. please make this stop.

Hey Wells Fargo, have you ever tested the system you use to leave messages?

When I pick up the voice mail your system leaves the message starts up in mid-stream....with no identifying information about who you are...I only know it IS Wells Fargo from looking up the number showing on Caller ID. And how many times a day is it appropriate to call?

Trust me, this number IS Wells Fargo....and yeah, QUIT F**KING HARASSING ME.
I know I am behind and I am doing the best I can.

This is Wells Fargo...but the message they leave does not identify who they are....
it's not real professional....the system does not wait for the outgoing message to finish before the
message they want to leave by their computer starts up....and that woman's voice, reminds me of
my nagging wife....no wonder no one calls back, they don't know who they are and with the notes
here many must think it is a true scam.
...And, they call every *ucking day...sometimes multiple times a day.
My system keeps a log of all incoming calls, I will be using it to file a complaint with the FTC.
Next time I need a mortgage, I know who I WON'T be calling....

Wells Fargo....are you reading these messages?
No wonder the Feds seem to be after you every week in the paper for your business practices.

Just Google the real Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and you will see on their website there is no such number matching the one that is calling you. That should be reason in itself to not follow through with them in any way.

Also, call the real Wells Fargo Home Mortgage number and you will be able to confirm with a customer service rep or agent that the number in question is fake!

Beware of fraud and do not ever call them back, nor should you answer any of their questions. This is how people get spammed..these spammers are tricky, thieves and sneaky...ignore..and do not even answer the phone,

Wells Fargo Sucks!  I have received over 100 calls from them in error.  This is the collections dept
and they are calling another costomer using my home phone no.  Repeated calls to the customer svc
and collections dept have not stopped them.  I have been a customer of WF for 10 yrs without a
problem until now.  For some reason they have no control; over their Robotic Phone Calling system.
Her name is "Joann" and she has a scratchy irritating sound.  These are annoying and harrassing calls.
WF needs to hire some decent Communications experts that can prevent this from happening.

This number keeps calling our main switchboard.  I have called them and asked them to take us off their recurring call list but they dont seem to listen.  I want our numbers removed.
