These people are about to irritate me to know end.  There should be a law agains creditors of any kind, on how many times a month they are allowed to call a person!!  We all know we owe money, but we all are having hard times....Obama didnt give me a bailout!!  We all bailed them out..and what do we get ...harrassed constantly...no one will work with you at all....The way i see it...we all bailed them out..they need to forvgive everyone's debt and everyone start fresh!!!!

I'm tired of these people calling me for nothing. They can't tell me why they are calling.

I want them to stop.  Recently I've had some health problems, and extra vehicle expenses, and can't do anything for 1 more month.  I quit answering my phone due to being sick of explaining things to them.  They don't want to work with you to resolve things, they want you to magically pull money out of nowhere to give them what they want.  I'll resolve things when I can, they call 9-10 times a day, always a different operator.  What a ball of crap!

I got calls to and i just got this number last week brand new phone and all ready 8 calls and they don't stop

i know what you mean i was getting calls too if you have toast.net internet service it has a phone sevice that comes with there internet service for free then you can block the calls

when i answer the phone there's no one there and they won't leave a message on the machine

They have harrassed me to the point I disconnected my land service and used my parents landline, and I only used my cell.  They have now found my cell.  What is the "OPT OUT" list that is spoke of...HOw do I register and go to a lawyer about these people?

4 or 5 times a day.  no one picks up when I do answer.  totally annoying.

This number calls constantly, Sundays, 5am... Doesn't matter. I have a best buy card that I think is HSBC, but they never leave messages... I pick up occasionally out of frustration. They ask if I am Kristen ******, I say yes, then they hang up. What the hell? Then they call back from another 800#. same thing... I seriously thought it was a scam but they won't stop, so who the heck knows...

Same here. Been out of work for the past month, I was a few days late on a payment, and nonstop harrassment. If I have the option to eat or pay on an account, I'm going for survival. Total crap.

HSBC.  Called because I am behind on my cards.  I explained the situation I am in; husband got hurt & we lost our business because of it.  Husband is waiting to get surgery, and cannot work at all.  I am working 3 jobs; minimum of 63 hours a week.  They offered payment plan, but on 3 cards it is still impossible.  They were very understanding but they do want their money.  At least they were nice about it.  I agree, the 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. calls get ridiculous.  Should be some sort of law to limit the number of times they can call in a day.  With all my calls, I am getting 50+ missed calls a day when I am at work.  GRRRRR!!

If its a debt collector you don't want to deal with...just fax them a cease & desist notice and they're held to it according to law...

this number plus 307-215-1002, 800-684-8429, 800-550-3778 and several others keep calling . I had some others and had reported them to the State Attorney General's office. So two numbers are no longer calling. This really sucks since they call continously.
