This number has called my work phone 3 times in less than 24 hours and this is a brand new extension, no clue how they got it. My job is as a service desk technician, I'm on the phone all day helping customers and DON'T need these calls tying up my phone line.

Ugh..first they call my house & now they've managed to get my cell # & are calling that too. They never leave a msg on the house or cell so not sure what they want. Guess if they really wanna talk they'll learn to leave a msg next time..I'm sure there will be a next time according to the 46other pgs of complaints about this #  :(

Good to know who this is. They've been calling for my mom all day today. I assume it's a collection call. Mom is 83 and has dimentia and a host of old people illnesses that prevent her from speaking to anyone on the phone. I tell them she can't come to the phone and they ask if a spouse is available, to which I answer "She is widowed." and they say "Ok, thank you" and hang up. :-P After about the 9th time, it gets pretty annoying.

They called me Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning starting at 8:01am until 9:00pm.   5-6 times a day.  By law (at least here) they must stop calling if you tell them you do not wish to receive anymore phone calls from them.

I agree with Ken, Capitol One now owns HSBC and have taken over all financial obligations. Which brings to mind, since I lost my job recntly and sent HSBC a "CERTIFIED LETTER" for the calls to stop which they have, until Captitol One bought the comapny. The call last that I received from was Capitiol One and the calls have started again. I guess they think I'm really stupid because they tell me their database shows no record of a DNC letter but they can see I owe them. Well, guess what if HSBC has the letter on file which they do.... then Capitol is facing a lawsuit for call harassment and I will be filling my complaint with the staes attourney's office! I love these companies kick you when you're down.

These people are a freaking nuisance. We don't have any services with HSBC, yet they keep calling. We get about three calls a day, every day of the week. It's becoming very tedious and vexing.
