They are legit. Called me, asked by name. Didn't ask me any account information and were able to confirm the date and amount overdue that paid for my Infniniti a day before.

we got a similar call from 8008882799 and after berating my daughter for missing payments she called back to say she had email receipts for all payments; so it is a scam.  to make it more believable, operator told me to set up payment plan again with nissan but she would need three months payment over the phone. for future never make back payments over the phone.   go to your nissan dealer and check with them. ps don't believe all these people telling you its legit, that could be part of the scam again, anyone can message here.

I get a call every day and nobody ever says anything.  I owe nobody money.  Weird.

I do not own or want a nissan. If you contact again your going to wish you didn't. Nissan is trash

It's from Nissan. Probably an outsource. It's likely that Nissan's computer system where all their customers' information is being stored may have a glitch. Once your information such as phone number is entered in the system and especially those that are just newly entered, this 'external source' retrieves them. I know about it coz I just got in today here at Nissan to get my wife's car serviced and I gave them my # so they can get hold of me once the car's ready. And voila, about 10 mins later, I got a call from this # and it did sound Indian. I just let him speak and he hung up. He mentioned about an existing unpaid balance due for a certain model that's totally different than my wife's Nissan car. Ain't he crazy?!  Nissan should investigate this and their system.

I received  a call form this number claiming he was from Nissan. (Spoke very broken English) Claiming I was behind on a payment, but my car is paid off. That's when I knew this was a scam. I blocked the number.

They called asking for a deceased person. I told them she was dead. I asked them to spell who they were from because they were so hard to understand. The lady spelled out N-I-S-S-A-N, which Americans pronounce NEE-sahn, but she pronounced NISS-uhn. Then she wanted a death certificate. I told her I was not a relative and had no access to a death certificate. She kept insisting the family call back, but all such calls are suspicious and I refuse to give out any information. The number is now blocked.

Called 5x today. I never answered and regarding other calls I’ve never had a non-American (except German) in my life. Scam

They called 4 times in two days. We have a Nissan and were late with a payment but it was sent. Told them the payment was sent and hung up. Strong Indian accent. I called the number back and it was Nissan/ Not sure if it is legit or scam....????? Time will tell if they continue to call

You called the number back?  Then you do not really know who they are?  Anyone could answer "Nissan", including the scammers.  You should have called a number that is known and published, which would have been in your loan documents.

They keep calling and for someone else

Received a call from them and Caller ID shows Nissan Motor AC but when I asked the company name they said something else Financial Services. You could hear others calling in the background and the connection was terrible. They asked for my boss and I said I could take a message. All they left was their name and number. I asked what it was in regards to and they simply said "a personal matter." I believe they've called before and we've informed them that the owner doesn't have a Nissan and never did.

Kirstin, don't be a jerk and assume someone is living beyond their means. You know nothing about this person.

They've started calling in the last few weeks. The first time I picked up there was no response so I stopped picking up. This week I picked up again and the caller asked for "Daniel" someone (could barely understand him). We have never had a Daniel working here (we are a small church) and I told him that. He apologized and hung up. The very next day they called again. This morning they called again and when I picked up no one answered. PLEASE LISTEN TO OTHERS ON THIS SITE. Do not EVER give out your social security number over the phone. They do not need that information and are phishing. No matter how many people try to tell you this is a legitimate company, do NOT give them your information. Call Nissan directly if you have a payment issue.

This number keeps calling me. I finally answered and they took a minute to connect. They were telling me I still have a balance on a vehicle that I recently paid off. I do not owe anything. The person of course had an accent. Sitting in another country I guess hoping I was dumb enough to give them my information.

This number calls me 2 to 3 times a day. I have blocked the number but they still leave a message every day even Saturdays this has been going on for 2 weeks now.

Caller would not tell me where he was calling from unless I told him my name.  Creepy.

I have a loan through Nissan but they ALWAYS leave me a message when trying to contact me.
