Never answer calls from this number, they call 3-6 times a day  7 days a weekt o the house. I live with a roommate and neither her or myself have EVER had a Nissan although they insist we BOTH owe money on one. Even proceded to give me the details of my roommate's debt despite telling that I was male and certainly not named Danielle!. Isn't it illegal for any company to discuss this with anyone but the person it concerns?!.
This was one of only three calls I answered, after which I ignore the rest deciding it must be a scam. Particularly after I challenged the to repossess our vehicles if they were so sure we had them. That was almost two years ago and no one has showed up yet!. If genuine they are totally incompetent, or this is just a scam. What concerns me most is that they have our house phone number, address and know our names. We have never had a Nissan and never will after this. Perhaps I should let Nissan, USA know they have lost any chance of a future sale because of their call center's incompetence.

Its more then likely a spoofed number for Nissan to begin with .. reading some of the first page and others gives me to believe that this one of those elaborate scams after either your info (ssn) or see if they can get you to send them money..

Suggest you verify it directly with Nissan, and not with this phony number.  Then file complaints.

I have been receiving calls everyday for many months .First 2 times it rang I picked up to get no answer and now I dont answer when I see this number. I'm so annoyed by it I've considered changing my own phone number that I've had for years . I definitely believe it is people fishing for personal I.D.'s. This number calls me 2-3 times a day and I would file charges on them if I could.

Just received a call from this number and have no idea why as I have never owned a Nissan or even been to a Nissan Dealership. Never have co-signed for anyone, either. So sick and tired of scam callers. I get at least 2 a day and I am on the Do Not Call list. Pathetic that robot all scan completely disrupt your day AND create a bad reputation for a company. If I receive one more of these fom this number, I will contact my State's AG.

You are very correct, I own a VOLVO and was getting these "dead calls" each day around 1:30.  The caller id had this number displayed this number however when calling it back it was Nissan.  I accessed your link and filed a complaint.  Thanks for this info!

I am late on my pymt & have made a pymt arrangement yet I receive 5 calls a day, even on Sunday. This is harrassment & I will report it!

This number has called  my house 4 times yesterday, and once so far today.  In reading the comment I see they claim to be from Nissan. We don't own a Nissan and never have. There is no reason for them to be calling me.  I screen my calls so I haven't picked up and they never leave a message.  

This number calls my workplace every day. It must be someone who hasn't made their car payment at my work. I would gladly transfer the call, but there is no one on the other end.

Nissan calls one day past due they don't believe in a grace period. and they also call 6 to 10 times a day. on the good side of things if you're a up to a month late you'll still get the dozen or so calls a day but that's all they do just harass you nothing more they don't try to repossess

Yeah, so they call me CONSTANTLY as well.  Also, and I cannot emphasize this enough....the information they have is not  updated nor correct. For example, I had gotten behind and made an agreement directly with Nissan right here in TX and paid all three months at once.  I signed an extension for April that stated my next payment was not due until May.  Then when the people at THIS number called me they had no record of the extension and said there was no extension and the information they had was completely wrong all together.  At that point in time, I went OFF On them because I just gave Nissan $2100.  They literally had been calling me at WORK 48 times a day.  I told them remove my work number and never call it again.   I promised them if they continued to do so I would see them in court.  So far (7 months now), they have not called me at work again.  

They are super annoying and when I speak with them, no matter what they say I ask them to repeat it because I cannot understand them whatsoever.  Turds.

Also they say they are Nissan but they are not.  They are some kind of outsourced collections group that collects for Nissan and other companies, as well.  They have no access to Nissan's real information.  More than likely they have some kind of file from months ago and it never updates.

Got call from this number yesterday Sunday and today again most effective way with desperate idiots like nmac is ignore phone call entirely don't communicate with them. Reporting them to FCC is just waste of time and another useless govt agency taking taxpayer money like the new cfpb consumer financial protection bureau.

Dnt ever finance a car thru Nissan Acceptance. If you get jst a week or two behind. They will harrass you to no end. I have gotten calls every 15 minutes like clock work  for several days. I got on the phne and reamed this poor guy every which way I could. I am not over 30 once. You would think I was 60 plus days late. These people care nothing for their customers. Pure and simple Harrassment. I will never purchase another Nissan. These people are pathetic [***]. I realize my debt. I realize I am somewhat behind. But, they care nothing for you as a customer. No nice words can be used to describe this company. Do your self a favor. BEWARE of Nissan. Pathetic Bas---ds.

This number calls my office almost daily, sometimes multiple times in a day. No one answers when I pick up. My company does not own or want to own any Nissans so I have no clue why they would call.

This is not a scam.  It is in fact, Nissan calling to collect.  I do have a Nissan and I have been late on payments so I know for a fact this is legitimate.  The only scam going on is leasing/buying a car and not paying for it.  I guess it is possible they have the wrong number.  Your best bet is to answer the call and tell them they have the wrong # so they stop calling you.  They're probably looking for me, anyway.

This is a scammer, it is not Nissan or Infiniti finance. They call spoofing Nissan's number, if you call back you will get Nissan, but it is not them that calls repeatedly. If you answer you will get a scammer. Don't give out any information. It is illegal to spoof caller-id info, but they do it anyway. I already paid my EMS and still they keep calling me about outstanding EMS. It's pure scamm.
