- E-mom replies to martha shortridge| 3 repliesI was wondering if this is only happening in a certain state or is it all around the United States that this scam is going on?
- DerGeist replies to CW| 1 replyYup this happened to me too. I contacted them this morning and was hung up on the first time. I called back and was able to get my account closed and my money refunded. Now to see if I get the money back is another question. But I did receive and email stated both.
- MarcusIf you just call the number, you can cancel the account and get a refund of your money. It is all computer, but at least you get your money back like I did. It's only $12 but it still made me angry getting billed for something that I had no idea what it was. It does seem like a scam and I suggest staying away from it.

- jupiter replies to RichardThis 12.00 charge came up on my debit card, so I googled the phone number and found this site. I called them, hit 0, a person came on and immediately removed the charge. I asked how it came aboutand was told that when I ordered flowers form FTD, I clicked on "get a 15.oo discount on your next order" and that signed me up for some service costing 12.00. READ THE FINE PRINT I guess is the lesson. It still angered me. Feels like a scam.
- William Beiermeister replies to chrisI don't want it cancel
- jackieI received a debit on my credit car on May 5th...I did not authorize or send it to anyone for a $12.00 purchase. I called Complete Savings and they told me because I signed up for a catalog, they got my credit card...this is preposterous! I called and told them never to use my credit card again, and if they did so I would report them to the Attorney Genera. These people are running a scam and I would like you to please address this issue. Thank you, Jacklynn Bergstrom-Toolan

- Jackie replies to ArtI got the same baloney when I called Complete Savings...they told me when I order some catalogs I automatically enrolled in there membership. That's nothing but a lie...I never gave them my credit card, so how did they go about getting it. I have reported them to the Better Busines Bureau and the Attorney General of Michigan. I also told them to take me off their so-called membership roles and return my $12.00. A woman by the name of Patrica told me it would come off my Credit Union account in 3-5 working days. Believe me, this is nothing but a rip off and something should be done about it!
- kyleya i got the same thing when i ordered pizza from pizzahut the intresting thing is when i sigened up i did not give them my credit card so that must mean the companys are giving it to them isent that elegal
- mike VOK I FIGURED IT OUT, you said you wanted 10 bucks off your next pizza, they sent you an email ( you thought it was junk cause it told you thank you for signing up)
Your first 30 days is free then then it's 12 bucks a month..
In the small print you accepted the offer and they have an agreement with pizza hut to share your credit card info and put it to there website..
COMPLETE Savings is the name of the outfit..
If you call them and tell them it was a mistake and you want a refund, they will do it.. the refund takes 3-5 days for the refund to come back to you.. - AliceI found a payment that was not authorized on my credit card.
- DelilahreneeI noticed a charge on my Visa card for $12.00 both in April and May. I called the number listed on the statement next to the charge, and they immediately cancelled the account. I asked how we got signed up, and she said it was a purchase through E-TIX. Not sure if I spelled that correctly or not. The only thing we have purchased tickets for online recently was a ferry ride on the North Carolina Ferry System, and shortly thereafter the $12.00 charge showed up. Be careful what you sign up for.
- S CI found the charge on my card as well after buying hard drives on my company card on the computer. Unbeleaviable they have been hitting my company card for 3 mouths now and my boss just got around to asking me about it! Good thing he likes me cause that would suck loseing my job or getting in trouble over this crap..
- SC| 1 replyJust Remembered it was tigerdirect is where it happened to me
- Georgyne| 3 repliesThis is a scam beyound scams. I am going to the Better Business Bureau, have all of you done that?
- BenI also received a $12 charge and they pulled this info from my order with FDT flowers and I never agreed to this service...period. I agree to order flowers from FDT website. Fine print or not, they misrepresented themselves and this is stealing, and I intend to legal action. There address is: 101 Merritt, Route 7, 4th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851.
- ChrisI also received a $12 charge and they also received my info from FTD, my husband ordered me flowers and some how they pulled his credit card information. Apparently, they said he received $20 off his order to sign up, my husband did not sign up for this service. I called them and they did say they would reimburse w/in 3-5 business days and cancel service. The customer service rep was very helpful. However, I totally agree that what they are doing seems illegal, I am going to contact the BBB, FTD and my bank.

- GeorgyneHas everyone reported them to the Better Business Bureau and complained to Pizza Hut? We have to do this!!!! They are a scam and they need to be stopped!
- VERITAS45| 1 replyI had the same thing just happen to me but I got this from FTD.com when i ordered mother's day flowers. I ordered over the internet, was automatically signed up for this complete savings thing which said nothing of a membership...simply that you shopped at certain locations and websites and you get enxtra discounts on it. They never sent me a formal bill nor have I recieved any "product" from them...not even their promised $20 refund off my next order has arrived (which i did use the coupon for). I'm going to call and give them a piece of my mind. They messed with a deployed Marine...i got nothing but time and pent up energy.

- wrath replies to DanMany, many, many complaints about this company. You didn’t tell the company you ordered from that it was ok to give your credit card info to anyone to let them use, and you didn’t give it directly to ‘complete savings’. You had no way of knowing that there was a third party company who had now aquired your account info. Call this company and demand your money back. Also call your bank and ask to speak to the ‘claims’ department. Then file a report with the BBB. It seems that the company is using, in addition to other methods, the tactic of being quick to refund money to everyone who complains. I am guessing that their thinking in this is that if they do this, then people will be a little pissed off, but they will have their money back, and they won’t do anything. Meanwhile all the people who don’t notice the relatively small charge, or who don’t think to fight for a refund, have handed these scammers some free money. Working in the numbers they do, tacking their scam onto so many sales from so many companies, they probably sneak through thousands of scam charges on people for every one that is caught, so in the long run the numbers work out for them. Their defense to the BBB seems to simply be to say that they send emails to people, and the BBB is probably just unsure enough of how this works out legally, as confusing as the workings of the interenet can be, for it to go on.
