- loisI didn't get a phone call, I just noticed that they charged me the 12 dollars, and freecreditreport.com took 14.95 out of my account without me agreeing to sign up for the monthly package or whatever. And I had just emptied my account, so now I have 2 overdraft charges to deal with. This is crazy
- iklychLet's file complaint on Federal Trade Commission website http://www.ftc.gov/ - it will help to start class action against Complete Savings if it will be many complaints. They scammed millions. It takes only a few minutes to do but we’ll help our society to get rid of this scammer supported by big corporations including VISA. TigerDirect provided my credit card information when I did one purchase in 2008.
- iklychTigerDirect gave my credit card information to Complete Savings and they charged my account for fake membership 15 months. even if you get your money back lets stop them! - usmc23 replies to DanI got my credit card charged also for 12.00. I did not know about it. Its 12 bucks man, no lawyer is going to make a lawsuit over that. You ordered pizza with your card , and by clicking one of those boxes you authorized the charge. Take a 12 dollar loss and let it be a lesson. Get off the class action law suit man, its not gonna work. I already asked about this...

- JessicaI was charged 12 dollars also and usually i dont use my checking account only my savings, but it was considered as an overdraft... so they said they would refund the 12+the overdraft fee... lets see if thats true
- KevinDeepDiscountDVD.com is also giving credit card numbers to these thieves. I would avoid doing business with their web site until their partnership with WebLoyalty.com ceases.
- Victoria Oakley| 2 repliesI have been debited $12.00 without my authorization or even any knowledge of who these people are!
- Caller: I do not know
- Barbara Scott replies to BarbaraSame thing happened to me. Ordered books from Barnes and Noble and apparently checked the box to save on my next order. What a scam. I am blocking them from my debit card at the bank.
- Mike replies to Victoria Oakley| 1 replyI noticed a strange charge on my credit card bill from COMPLETE SAVINGS (OTHER) for $12. I called my bank and was given the number 1-800-826-1885 to call. If you google that number you’ll find hundreds of upset people that are in the same boat, a scam artist ring gets your credit card information as you check out and then starts charging your card, hoping you won’t notice. I was told that they received my credit card information as I checked out from Lydia’s Uniforms 6 months ago. I bought scrubs for my girlfriend from www.lydiasuniforms.com and they turn around and give my credit card information to a theft ring. Classy. WARNING!!! Lydia’s Uniforms sells your credit card information to a theft ring as you check out online!
Lydia’s Uniforms = 1-800-826-1885 = TOTAL SCAM. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL FROM YOU! - Mike replies to Mike“Thank you for contacting the FTC. Your complaint has been entered into Consumer Sentinel, a secure online database available to thousands of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies worldwide. Your reference number is: …”
Do it folks. www.ftc.gov. Every little bit helps.
I also just left posts on yelp and youtube under www.lydiasuniforms.com accounts letting the world know that if you do business with Lydia’s Uniforms they will turn around and give your credit card information to a theft ring. - ly1I got the same thing, they got my info from drugstore.com, I will never shop there again.
- Ben RiptoffI went online to print a coupon for $20.00 from "barnesand noble.com" and was charge for $12.oo a month for 4 months from "Complete Savings" who claim they did nothing wrong because they are a partner from B&N, and it was made clear to me that I would be charge $12 per month for their member ship. I called my CC company and they have gotten me a complete refund for this scam. This company "Complete Savings" does nothing but take your money and you get nothing for it. They are a complete scam and I am also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission (ftc.org). Watch companies like this, all thet do is steal money, they are fraudulent operations.

- anglros13 replies to chrisi have had this taken out every month and had no idea till now...what can we do to get our money back...i never signed up for this
- CM Spooner replies to CWI was unable to process a complaint to the better business bureau due to the fact I had no idea what city or state this fraudulent company comes from! I want these people STOPPED and charged with theft, for that is surely an understatement as to what they are doing!!
- Cindy LI've also had the same problems Just realized it yesterday. Don't know how they got my info. I called and they said they are closed due to wheather conditions. I reported it to the BBB and my bank. Since the FTC wants detailed info. I'll report that after my bank investigates.
- Glitter replies to ShanI know this happen to you in 2009. I am having it now in 2011 so they are still in business. Did you sue or get any of your money back?

- Tim| 1 replyOK, I was getting charged and thought it was something to do with my savings account at my bank so I called my bank and they informed me it was not and had me talk to the Claims department. They told me of the Complete Savings company that was doing the charges and gave me the number to call. I called and the guy on the line was very nice and stopped the charges and refunded the amount I told him which was 4 months. Now I did some more research and found out that I've been being charged from September. So I was looking at 10 charges. I called back and again the person was very nice but said "they" can only refund 4 months any other charges need to be claimed by filling out a form they are sending me via email. It's not a scam just a pain in the ass. But both people I talked to were very nice.
