I too got hit for $12.00, when I called the # I was told that they got my info thru clonedvd.net. They apparently get your info when you ssay yes to the $10.00 savings offer, so read the fine print and just say no.
Also I was told that I would be refunded within 3 to 5 days, we shall see.

Well I am in Kansas and I ordered from Fashion Bug. I was also signed up for this 'theft ring'. I called my bank this morning and the bank got Complete savings on the phone. Apparently I had $48 dollars that had been deducted from my account already. They were willing to refund the last payment, but I insisted on all of it. They agreed, we will see if I get my 48 within the 3-5 days they agreed to.

Same thing, I placed an order from Ticketmaster and do not remember clicking any links. I called and they were quick to cancel it.  They even asked me why I wanted to cancel.  She was quick to say "somone from you household ordered this online" too.  Absolute [***].  These companies (ie: ticket master, pizza hut, etc) are all hurting and will do anything to get a cut from these add on links.  It will get worse in the future and our APR's on every card were own (credit unions included) will keep rising so they can pay back all the fraud.

I also got the 12.00 charge and called my bank to have it taken off.  I have no idea how this happened, I  don't order on the net using this card.  I had to cancel my card and get a new one to stop the monthly charges.  These people are trash!

I noticed a $12 charge on my account for the past two months. I called my bank and the only info they gave me was the 1-800 number! I googled it and found this website!!!! I called them and said they would remove the charge in 3-5 days (lets wait and see)He actually told the truth and said it was on my account for 5 months!!! But I did ask them where they got my information and they got it from FTD flowers!!! HOW SHADY! I called FTD and they defended the company!!! I told them that I would never order with them again! I truly don't remember agreeing to this!

I got charged $12 bucks when I called them they gave me the run around savings bs. I canceled but was dinged again, by the time I received my statement it was late. I called my bank to handle it hopefully they will take care of it. This is fraud I want to find out what company allows this and I will no longer use them.

I ordered online from gamestop.com and got ripped off by this Complete Savings site! I called my credit union today and they canceled my debt card and the woman said that once the Complete Savings charge goes fully through (it's Pending at the moment) I should call the 800# and demand a refund! How will they refund my money if my card I used was canceled? I definitely don't intend on giving them my new debt card information so I'm a little confused on how to get my refund!

JC Whitney, pizza hut, FTD flowers, tiger direct, ticketmaster are part of this scam. The way the scam works is the company you buy from sells your card info and personal info to the scammer - Complete savings. They then charge your credit card for $12 a month. Some cardholders do not catch the theft right away and another $12 bite will show up on their card monthly. No communication comes to you from Complete savings, only the CC debit, hoping you don't catch it.

Did you see the Today Show on NBC today (Nov. 17,09) http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/26184891/vp/33987109#33987109. Big report on Complete Savings and “webloyalty.com” and other similar companies.  They had CEO (Rick Fernandez) on and Senator Jay Rockefeller (he's investigating these practices and feels they are deceptive and misleading)....  I was zapped by "drugstore.com" and there coupon discount come-on.  I wrote the BBB, my state Attorney General Office, Senator Rockefeller, Complete Savings and drugstore.com (telling them they lost a customer forever) in addition to calling the 1-800-826-1885 number to cancel my unwanted membership.  In addition, notify your credit card company of a "fraudulent affidavit" (unauthorized billing) from "Complete Savings" ... if you do get a CC debit on your credit card... protest it through your credit card company... save all your documentations and emails.  These people are - well, I think you all know that answer)....

Just to let you know, I just received an Email telling me my "membership" was canceled and that I should not (we'll see) receive a credit card billing on this.  "This" should never have happened in the first place and I'm sure hundreds of thousands of others (Mr. Fernandez said they have "2 million members") would agree that they should never have been "signed up" as members to begin with.  I'll be watching "this" very closely.  At least the 1-800 number does give you a chance to opt out...  too bad they could not have been up-front and just stated they were a "for pay" coupon club.
