I got the call and saw your web site. Then I saw they had started charging me $12.00 a month. They said it was from another site where I said I wanted a $10.00 coupon. I told them I declined the coupon so no take it off my bill. They promised to credit but of course I will keep an eye out for that. Called 800-826-1885 and talked to a very nice lady. Jay

I just found out about my 12.00 charges to my debit account also that has been going on without my ok.. well after finally finding the number threw my bank, and call the number and having a computer cancel my subscription, i held on for a human, when the operator got on, i asked her who authorized this, where did this company get off taking money from my checking account every month. She told me, when i renewed my subscription from trendmicro, which is my antivirus, that i purchased from dell two years ago, a update i had to make in august, at the end of my agreeing to there terms, there was puchase complete.  please read everything before you click ok.. they are refunding me, but dell should be careful who they use for antivirus services.. notice dell does not offer trendpenicillin anymore on there computers.. what a shame..

Just checked my banking account for balance info and here was this mysterious charge from this bulls*** company for $12.00. I don't order Pizza Hut so can't imagine where this came from!!  Damn scammers need to go get a real job. Everyone needs to be on their toes at all times as it seems our banking info is never safe anywhere! I am reporting them to the BBB and attorney general of my state.

Just found a $12 charge on my bank account which caused me to be overdrawn and charged $20 from the bank.  I went to the complete savings website and cancelled the membership immediately and was given a confirmation number for the $12 refund but I guress I'm still stuck with the overdraft fee till I call my bank.  I still don't know how I got signed up but I think it was because I joined a survey site called BIG SPOT surveys.  WATCH OUT FOR THIS ONE!!

I just cancelled by calling the phone number. I got trapped in October while making hotel reservations from Orbits. They only got me for $24. I hope they enjoyed it. I deleted their emails thinking that I don't need that now and that's how you keep getting billed. Mine was on my credit card.

NONSENSE! We never signed up for any saving coupons. We never received any coupons or info about this scam company. The charges just started appearing on our credit card statement. If you call them to dispute, they claim this constitutes business and give them the legal right to violate the no call law and sell your phone number to scam telemarketers. BAD NEWS CROOKS!!!!!!

I just discovered this scam on my credit card statement.  I contacted my credit card co. and they are taking care of it.  Apparently it was authorized when I made a purchase with AmericaRX.com.  Buyer beware do not sign up for anything free - as your mom always said "nothing is for free", and she was right.

Like others,  I noticed the $12.00 charge going back to October, 2009.  "Crooked" is a nice word to describe this scam.  I hope some state attorney can locate where they are and arrange for several years of free room and board. I will file a complaint in New York.

Hi Mr. "Wrath":   Looks like our current on-line payment systems in practice are legally imperfect and also discouraging the use of credit cards online, or, use it at all!  The government should establish a set protocol whereby online transaction cannot be exploited!  It is like establishing a single set of publicly known contractual terms that everybody knows and follos!  Prevention is always better than cure, isn't it?   Otherwise, such will further discourage internet purchasing, and further impact our economy negatively.

Now, for such motion, who should we complain to?   The BBB?   The State Board of Equalization? The DA?  How about a class-action complaint ?  That may draw some attention.  There should be a BUYER'S PROTECTION UNI
    ON + related publications.

    What say'est ye ?

    Hi "Mr. Wrath" again:

I just found out - we should file our complaints with the Federal Trade Commission @ http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/idtheft/

Let's do it !  So they will see that we are not silent, inactive targets!

I got zapped with a purchase at Barnes/Noble - called them and they are refunding the charge - I have AAA so don't need any roadside assistance, have the big book with coupons and other free offers for dining, etc around my area...all for only a one time fee vs. the month to month *(#&# that this service is trying to sell.  Suggest all affected folks contact the place that got you in the system and report your dislike of this mess - I'm wasting my time to get rid of something I never ordered/wanted, even knew about.

I didn't get a phone call, I just noticed that they charged me the 12 dollars, and freecreditreport.com took 14.95 out of my account without me agreeing to sign up for the monthly package or whatever. And I had just emptied my account, so now I have 2 overdraft charges to deal with. This is crazy
